I purchased this from Best Buys and they delivered it but tech. installed icemaker without securing the hose, or making sure it worked, it did not ( it was not plugged to the frig. correctly). the water connection to the bottom pump leaked and I had to get plumber to fix it. Delivery person also broke limb off my tree at the street and just left.I forgot about this without reviewing badly until today. Needless to say it was unacceptable for such a large company. Now, 16 months after, the freon has started to leak, and I am not paying $350. to fix a $600 frig. Should have lasted more than 1 1/2 years.

This refrigerator is perfect and the price is perfect as well. I bought this item as a gift for my wife

If it had half-shelves it would allow for customizing the capacity better. Also the door shelves are a snug fit for gallon milk containors.

I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from these guys for $800 and spent $500 for the repairs within a year of purchase. Definitely not going to buy a single product from them ever again!!! A big No to @Best buy.

Purchased this refrigerator in November of 2018 and the compressor started having problems in September 2020. The unit would freeze products in the lower section and later not cool enough. I called a technician and spent 100 dollars to find out the compressor was bad. I had to throw away meats and other items that spoiled. I called Whirlpool and found out that the unit is out of Warranty after one year. I’m so disappointed as my previous refrigerators would last 10 + years. This purchase was a total waste of money and did not even last two years. Do yourself a favor and buy another brand.

This was for our church when they delivered it they set it up. One of our members started moving shelves and found significant damage.

The refrigerator seemed like a floor model. The shelve was cracked and the door to the fridge had dents. Very disappointed. And every time I tried to call no one answered my calls.

Fridge stopped working after 2Years and 2 months. Wont buy this brand again.

I've had this for a week. It is not getting cold. It's plugged in, etc. Not sure why it isn't working since it's brand new, but this is wildly disappointing. (I've gone online and checked all the possible reasons why it wouldn't work and none of them apply to me, so I'm thinking perhaps I received a lemon.) I would love someone from Whirlpool to reach out to help me fix this one or get me a new one asap. Thank you.

I'm not 100 percent satisfied with my choice. The doors dont seem to have a solid or tight grip or closure. I'm thinking about acquiring a better model because it lacks in quality and durability.

Overall unsatisfactory . The fridge are poorly manufactured . Are they even new or does the factory just recycles the old ones and out new parts in it .
