    I'm not 100 percent satisfied with my choice. The doors dont seem to have a solid or tight grip or closure. I'm thinking about acquiring a better model because it lacks in quality and durability.

    Overall unsatisfactory . The fridge are poorly manufactured . Are they even new or does the factory just recycles the old ones and out new parts in it .

    I feel that this unit is poor in quality. The second unit was delivered knowingly damaged and unboxed. Sent it back too... Come on Best Buy. What is wrong with you ????

    Terrible Installation

    We had our new refrigerator delivered last month, but the installers somehow disconnected one of the water lines to the dishwasher, which we didn't realize, and thought the dishwasher was broken. It was only fixed when someone came out to look at the dishwasher. The delivery people seemed very uninformed and confused about the water line, and claimed not to be able to hook up the stainless steel waterline kit we bought, and had to use the old plastic one. Very dissatisfied with the experience.

    Freezer Issues

    No light in the freezer. Freezer is leaking a bit, causing ice build up along the top at the door entry.

    The temperature seems very cold. It was set for recommended level first, but it seems too cold, I have been using at the lowest level. I cannot tell if this is normal.

    3 times all had a defect or damage. I still do not have a good one!! Furthermore, it does not come with an ice maker!!

    I should have taken more time to go and look at the product. I did not feel comfortable going to the store with the "Covid" situation. Would not buy a "top freezer" again. My error.

    brakes after a year

    After a year in operation it just stopped working. we had three visits from Best Buy and they can't fix the problem and won't give me a new one.

    Canceled order due to delivery reschedule

    Delivery promised on a specific day. Notified the day before that it was going to be another week, due to an order at the warehouse issue. Had to cancel and buy another at Lowe’s, pick it up and deliver myself.

    I have not received this fridge it was delayed 2 weeks now it’s being delayed till mid May 2024 2 months after I ordered it I don’t want to cancel cuz I do want this fridge

    Charging cancel item and delayed for refund

    I just canceled the item even before the item shipped but they changed me the full amount and shown on my statement I am so surprised how Best Buy handled this kind of situation.the refund is pending almost a month so I am not trusting Best Buy anymore

    Worked for one week

    Great refrigerator week one. After that it stopped working. Repair man came out and said it needed a new compressor. Only problem is none in stock. He will call when a replacement comes in. Making payments on a refrigerator that doesn’t work. Unlike anything I ever bought from Best Buy before. A big letdown.
