    Good product but bad delivery team.

    The product we just got it and it's fine. The problem we always have is the delivery team. It's either they forgot to call with the 30 minutes heads up or the merchandise was damaged upon delivery which created a hardship with our tenants.

    It’s ok. I should have got a bigger fridge. First thing my son said was why that one. I already need total tech to come take a look. I swear it makes a noise that doesn’t sound right.

    This is the biggest piece of crap refrigerator I've ever owned. Broke within 6 months. Whirlpool can't even get someone out to fix it before warranty expires. Scam.

    Refrigerator didn't last 2 years. The compressor and evaporator had to be replaced and parts are not readily available. Whirlpool is not the reliable brand I thought.

    Bought this as an open item purchase for less than the sticker price and regret it to this day. The fridge doors simply do not close or stay closed which goes against the intended purpose of keeping my food refrigerated and cold.

    Broken condenser after 1.5 years

    The condenser coil developed a blockage a little over a year and a half after we purchased it. The repair man who diagnosed it said it would cost ~$600 to fix it (we live in greater boston, so labor is expensive).

    Besides the terrible delivery service, this refrigerator was sent back within 2 weeks because of the constant leaking and condensation.
