Very nice looking and smaller fridge for the space we needed it. Brought a faulty one and had to jump hoops for them to replace within 1 month of having it. The new one still freezes on top shelf and the freezer seal leaks. Will no longer buy Whirlpool products Which is also Amana and Maytag according to their site

Purchased in 2020 and no longer cools or freezes after not quite 4 years old. The repair man just gave me an estimate that EXCEEDS price of the actual purchase price! Landfill garbage. SHAME on you Whirlpool and shame on Best Buy for carrying trash products - which they know good and weel people are complaining about. Took me 3 minutes on tje internet to find thousands of negative reviews, very angry consumer complaints and a class action lawsuit.

This refrigerator fit my small condo kitchen and I wanted all matching stainless appliances... took a gamble on Whirlpool products. This refrigerator's door hinges were unable to support the weight of the door loaded with intended food and beverages, the door was sagging and allowing the seals to leak within a couple months of use. Had the hinges replaced under warranty within a year and that issue seemed to be okay after. At the 4-year anniversary this fridge completely stopped cooling. Noticed items in the freezer were getting softer over a couple weeks. By the time I could get a repair service scheduled just to look at it, the fridge stopped cooling completely and I ended up losing $1000+ of fresh and frozen foods to spoilage. No brand or model is perfect, but I had higher hopes than this. My "top of the line" Whirlpool electric range also blew a control board after only 3 years and the oven temperature couldn't be regulated... fortunately the circuit breaker tripped before it caught fire. Despite wanting to support domestic companies and the first year or so being good, I won't trust or purchase Whirlpool again.

We recently noticed that the freezer wasn't getting cold enough. Repairman determined there was a freon leak and recommended replacing it. It was a good fridge while it lasted, but I hoped to get more than five years out of it.

I think the fridge is a little smaller than what it looks like on the photos online. Since they didnt have one in the store to physically look at and I was told all orders needed to be done online since they are short staffed. The online system should be better and provide more information about the item itself as well as what to expect at time of delivery.

beware that the ice maker recommended by the website does not fit this fridge, and that when the correct ice maker is delivered, Best Buy tells me they are not responsible for installing it. And when I take on the install, I discover that the ice maker does not come with all the necessary hardware needed for installation. And they ignored the instructions given during purchasing about which way to orient the door handles. Otherwise, it's a fine refrigerator!

after 4 years of usage, it finally failed. pretty price to only last you a few years. stay away from this one, freezer always caused frostbite to food even when brand new. now the freezer doesn't work and will have to buy a new one because repairs are way too much.

Absolute garbage. After a few months of owning the thing, the fan motor went out and spoiled all the food in the fridge compartment, including several vials of my fathers insulin. Got it fixed under warranty, great, crap happens, whatever... less than 6 months later, same problem. Call whirlpool, they will generously fix my fridge for either a. A one time 400ish dollar fee or B. I can pay $39 a month and they'll fix it for a year. (do the math, still 400). This is a $700 fridge. I purposefully bought a simple fridge NOT to have to deal with this crap, instead, the choice is spend 400 to fix a 700 dollar fridge or just buy a new fridge. Great.

The refrigerator work good the material is good it is good quality.

Terrible, cheap finish, In less than a month, the doors developed rust spots. Humidity in home is low 40%. I have other stainless WP products, 5 years old, no rust. After calling customer service, they said they were sending out a cleaner to try. Never sent the promised tracking number, product never came. Called again...we will see, but good grief what a time suck being on hold at WP both of these times for a brand new fridge. And assuming this cleaner works, am I going to be chasing rust stains for the duration of owning it? I suspect this product is defective ....or perhaps all of these units will be poor quality. Buyer beware.
