    Rust in less than a month

    Do not buy the stainless steel color. Rust noticed in less than a month and best buy representive said nothing can be done. If i would have known, i would have ordered this fridge in the black color. I was fooled by sale respresentative that this fridge ha good reviews and now i see everyone complaining that the stainless steel rust fairly quick. Best buy should not sell this color fridge to innocent customers now I am stuck with rust what a shame. And no i do not want to call whirlpool for this issue best buy, at least be honest in the complaints people give on this color fridge. I would have simply boughten the black color and would have been happy with my purchase. I will not shop at best buy anymore.

    Was using as a fridge to age meat so have several digital gauges in it and out of the blue they all registered about 43 degrees. Pulled out a water bottle and water temp 44.5. Set it to coldest seeing came back in two hours fridge is at 45. Let it go overnight, 45 still verified with several thermometers. Wonderful that it stopped cooling with about 80 lbs of prime beef in it. Shame on me to trust $1k pls of meat to a fridge with a one year warranty. It did outlast the warranty by 8 months, so if that's how you measure your investments it's a buy. Also worth noting the sides and top have all bulged. So much that the glass shelves that rest on the plastic fixed to the sides no longer will stay put with any weight on them they just fall off the track. :/ Indoor kept at 68-76. Your mileage may vary.

    Doesn’t work properly.

    Freezer works fine but the bottom doesn’t hold the temperature very well. I kept wasting food.

    unsatisfied with the customer service

    My refrigerator came defective and it's replacement came damaged so I won't be able to give an accurate review until I have one that works correctly. Also I have tried many times to get a price adjustment for black friday and xmas sales.

    Not built to last….

    It’s a good small refrigerator, but not built to last…basically it’s disposable….after 4 years the compressor went and this was a secondary unit for us…it just has drinks in it….ridiculous!

    Broken not even 2 years old

    I looked at reviews before buying this refrigerator, they look good, so I thought it is a Whirlpool should be fine, I had no problems in the pass with other appliances. Sadly, now, not even two years later I have a broken refrigerator, and I just regret to buy it, worse experience ever. I don't recommend it.

    BEST BUY SHOULD REPLACE IT

    Worst refrigerator i have ever owned. Purchased less than 3 years ago for my extra property and its already broken and repair company says it cant be repaired after paying them $65 to come out and look at it. RIP OFF
