Nice smaller refrigerator. Fingerprint resistant stainless steel still shows prints, but they wipe off easily. I would have given the unit 5 stars but the compressor is a little noisy.

I love it! It's quiet, it's big but doesn't look big, it's also a good looking refrigerator!!

This fridge looks great inset into the space we have in our kitchen. Compared to our previous fridge, this one keeps things frigid cold! The only thing that surprised me about this fridge is how loud it is when the cooling motor kicks on to bring down the inside temperature. I can hear it from several rooms away. It's not loud enough to be annoying, but if you're someone who likes utter quiet this may not be the fridge for you.

Overall good refrigerator,right size for couple or small family. It has good spacious box but another shelf would be great. Also not a very big cold cut drawer and NO butter keeper! But the freezer is big enough for our needs. The door shelves in the freezer are to narrow 1/2" can go a long way.

I shopped about for a frig that would fit in my small kitchen and only a few were narrow enough and still offered adequate storage space. So when this went on sale I bought it knowing it was pretty much your basic frig. It works well, runs quietly, has nice storage and looks good too. No complaints and very happy with it so far.

So far so good. The space inside works well for us....very roomy. We too like the fact that is was less wide but taller. It fit perfectly in the area we needed it. The freezer is a great size as well.

The Whirlpool Refrigerator is quiet most of the time until the defrost timer cycles the motor to run. It is my first stainless steel appliance and it looks great. I bought this brand because it is the brand that is reliable according to Consumer Report. My only complaint is like most new refrigerators they no longer have a section especially held for eggs. I replaced my old Kitchen Aid side by side refrigerator after 19 years. It was rated high also by Consumer Report in 2000.

cvlassy...nice looking. more than i bargained for, pretty sure it is made in china. more room than i care to guess. sweet stainbless steel...all my magnets stick to it. the freezer is from the future...very scientific

I replaced a physically larger fridge with this slimmer one that fits better in our kitchen and was pleasantly surprised that it was so roomy inside! The freezer is smallish. It had the bit of glue showing at the top others had mentioned. Gets a good rating from consumer reports and I am very pleased with it.

This is spacious with moveable shelves and door holders. Quiet and good temperature management.

TL:DR The refrigerator is working good overall and serving it’s purpose, it’s the service from Best Buy that is the reason for the lower rating as we got a damaged unit, more below. I probably would have rated 4-5 otherwise. We bought this refrigerator on sale for the purpose of putting in our garage. The refrigerator itself works well so far and we are pleased with it overall. My issue and reason for the 3 stars is we got a damaged one with dents and scratches on the outside and inside. It was also dirty inside with black marks. It was delivered to us and set up on time. My mistake though I did not do a good job inspecting it initially and found the damages a few hours later. I contacted Best Buy and after I sent them some pictures they compensated me for it. This is the second time I have purchased large appliances and had issues. The first time we moved into our house 2 years ago we bought a whole line for the entire house, kitchen and laundry. That was a nightmare in it’s own right dealing with Best Buy and the deliveries and the changing prices. Being a loyal Best Buy member and now Total Tech Member I took an other chance on them this time thinking it won’t be bad again but then had these issues. I’m highly disappointed that they would send something like this from the warehouse. Again, I will note Best Buy did compensate me so I am appreciative of that however this should not have occurred in the first place. This feels like the equivalent of an open box buy which I am fine with overall. I was actually looking for open box deals as well while shopping. If this was for our main refrigerator inside the house we would have sent it back and probably gone elsewhere to be honest. I don’t intend to purchase large appliances from Best Buy anymore, It’s not worth the headache and time to deal with them.

Very good refrigerator. I've had it for one week. Reason for 4 stars and not 5 because it took too much effort on my part to establish the optimal temperature in the refrigerator chamber. There are dual controls for freezer/refrigerator but operation of those is not intuitive and need tweaking for combination of settings that will give optimal temperature in the refrigerator compartment. According to the manual, the setting for the freezer (airflow) will also affect the temperature in refrigerator chamber, but instructions are vague "if your freezer is too cold, adjust either airflow or refrigerator control to lower setting". Or "if you put large amount of groceries in the refrigerator, put your freezer setting to MIN". Or "Don't put more than 2-3 Lb of food per 1 cubic foot of freezer space in 24 hrs"... I feel there are too many calculations for such a simple equipment. Plus, after one week the exterior is stained in fingerprints.

My parents love this fridge! I looked at many many days worth of reviews online before deciding to purchase this unit. This is a great fridge for the price. Monochromatic SS looks beautiful but, as expected, holds lots of finger prints. Wipe down daily! So far so good! Hopefully, Whirlpool will not disappoint.

I wanted to wait a year before giving a review. Waiting gave me time to use fridge and to give an honest review. I have good storage & it keeps everything at its correct temperature. I am really pleased & enjoying my refridge - you can't go wrong with a Whirlpool
