Not a bad refrigerator. We have a bigger refrigerator that shows what the temperature is in the refrigerator and freezer. This one does not and it seemed warmer than the bigger refrigerator we have. So I put a thermometer in there and the freezer was about 30 degrees and the refrigerator was above 40 degrees on the middle recommended temperature. So I put it on the next highest level and now the temperature is 20 degrees in the freezer and about 42 degrees in the refrigerator which is still not cold enough. It is now on the very coldest temperature which means all the lights are lit up. I hope the freezer is finally at the temperature it should be at which is close to 0 degrees,

we bought this for the lake and the price and size fit nicely.So far it has worked great and looks nice.

I purchased this unit in 2023. Whirlpool has a problem with their wire racks. The wire is way too thin and they barely fit over the rails. The rails themselves are also way too small. The racks barely hold onto the rails. Also, the guards on the freezer door shelves are open so bags of veggies or other small items fall out. Those guards should be completely enclosed. I wish I had noticed these things before I purchased this unit.

Both fridge and freezer work well. My only complaint is that the fridge is very low to the ground. I am tall and would have preferred a unit that sat a few inches higher. The drawers and shelves are sturdy and we are happy with the purchase.

Runs quiet, has plenty of room. I like the shelf arrangement on the door.

I bought without seeing in person. Cools great. Runs quietly. Freezer is very large and this makes the fridg part feel very low. The shelves are deep which gives lots of space, but it’s hard to see what you have without bending way over.

Our fridge decided to quit on us so we needed an inexpensive fridge fast. This one suited our needs and because it was an open box item it was further discounted (btw there were absolutely NO scratches, dents, or any other cosmetic issues so open box items can be perfectly fine). Very happy with this purchase!!

Delivered ahead of schedule, right to my door. I got what I expected from this very purchase I did online. Saved some money and time. Thanks to Best Buy that it was available.

We purchased this refrigerator as a second fridge for our garage. It works great for this purpose, and keeps drinks cold. Overall, very happy with this purchase. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars (instead of 5) is because it is a bare bones unit. Not a whole lot of features, but it cools and freezes well.

It’s a little noisy and I think the doors should stay shut better. Sometimes when I close the refrigerator door the freezer door pops open. But all in all it’s good. The salesman wasvery helpful was not pushy and gave us his full attention.

Lower refrigerator keeps milk cold very well; my former LG refrig. caused milk to curdle before expiration dates. The Whirlpool freezer door is too small to hold quarts of ice cream (like LG refrig. did). The Whirlpool lower refrigerator drawer tray is too small to hold as many meats and cheeses as LG refrig. did. Other Whirlpool features are great and we love the black color.

We bought this as a replacement to our second refrigerator which was a Whirlpool which lasted 37 years. We wanted the same brand. The Stainless steel is nice and the refrigerator seems smaller than our last one when actually it is more cubic feet. We are happy with our purchase.

I love the look on the inside of this fridge. It is huge and spot for the milk. I also love the fruit and produce pull outs. So much easier than my old one that I had for 13 years and it had gotten stuck. It has so much room. I am happy with my purchase! I am also glad I got it when I did because it has increased in prices.

I purchased this after visiting several stores and researching and I am so happy I got it. I absolutely love it. The freezer is very spacious. The refrigerator has adjustable shelves on the door for storage of large gallon items. The digital controls are easy to operate and the produce drawers have humidity control. You will not be disappointed.

It is a good basic refrigerator. The cooling control is in the front and drops down and is a little inconvenient. It blocks some height for the shelf. The freezer does not have a light which is an inconvenience. It works well. Would buy it again.
