Setting it to the next high setting froze the eggs. So I followed the manual and changed the vent setting in the freezer and set it to the recommended setting. Milk etc in the door are cool but not cold. I have to be careful not to put things to close to the back on the second shelf otherwise they freeze. I would not have bought this refrigerator except it was the only one that was the correct size that I could get during the pandemic.

The shelves seem like they are made of cheap plastic along with the rollers but so far there has been no problems. The delivery was on time and the guys were a big help in removing the old refrigerator and got the new one installed pretty quick and easy.
