Large well lit interior . Great storage on fridge door . Convenient sliding drawer under 1 of the adjustable , moveable glass shelves. Freezer works very well on ice trays etc. Would have given 4 stars except two issues. No light in freezer AND I hear an annoying "rattling " sound coming from back of freezer area from time to time.

Large sturdy glass shelves. Door has lots of room for 1/2 gallon containers. Large freezer too. Reliable temperature controls. Great set up & delivery was provided.

The purchasing, delivery and installation was flawless. But..... I have tried numerous times to get ahold of Best Buy since the installation and haven’t been able to get anyone to answer the phone at the store. I have an issue with the refrigerator (nothing mechanical, it works great), so I will have to drive to the store to talk to someone. I understand that the store is not fully staffed, but to go through the menu, then wait and wait and wait and wait for someone to take the call, I have hung up after an approximate 10 min wait.

I chose this fridge because it was the best size-to-price option. It's been reliable and it has a lot of room to work with.

We didn't realize when we bought it that it would stick out past the counter as much as it did, but we love how much room we have and the LED light makes it easy to see inside. It's easy to organize, especially with the sliding deli drawer. I would rate it a 5, except that when you open the lower door you'd better make sure your toes are out of the way or they will get scraped.

I bought a set of appliances for a flip renovation I did. This fridge was a very good functional fit, attractive, and was the proper size for the smaller space I had for a fridge.

Good refrigerator. Maintains freezer and refrig tempretures accurately. Lots of space. Well designed shelfs and storage drawers. I like it.

It took almost three weeks to get this delivered but it has met our expectations and then some. The freezer and refrigerator sections are large and useful. It looks great in our kitchen.

The fridge works well for me and my family. Nothing fancy, and does what it was designed to.

Bought this as an open box item. Really hesitant to buy a open box item, but this refrigerator is amazing. Love it. Great extra fridge for the garage. Takes up just the right amount of space.

I chose this fridge because it gives me the bigger freezer that I needed. But the temperature seems to differ greatly within the space of the freezer. We need to make sure air gets to circulate or else, ice cream can be soft. The compartments in the freezer is very basic. The refrigerator compartment layout, glass shelves and gallon size buckets on the door are all nice touches.

Works well, not noisy, good internal space. Temperature sometimes vary a little, which is strange.

Got this old style fridge, freezer to replace side-by-side i had. This new fridge hold a Lot more, and food more accessible than old one. Makes some odd, loud noises, & a piece of plastic is rubbing hard against a clear plastic door tray. Will call Whirlpool.

This fridge is compact but hold a lot of food. I wish the freezer had a light.

Replaced a similar Whirlpool 18 cubic foot refrigerator that has worked well for the last 14 years. This is in the lower level of our house, the bar area. The cabinets were built around the refrigerator so it was critical to get the same measurements. This new Whirlpool is 19 cubic feet. The Height and width are the same as the 18 the depth is about 3 inches more so you end up with 19 cubic feet. And yes, it does look a little bigger. Works great. As others have commented it would be nice to have more flexibility in the temperature settings and a light in the freezer would be nice but it is not critical. Very satisfied.
