Works great alot of room inside for food and the freezer is awesome. The storage bends on the door makes it all the better

This fridge meets expectations set by the product description. I got exactly what I wanted. The only one little flaw is as other reviewers have stated: the freezer door shelves will be useless unless I can find something to block the gap between the shelf bottom and the railing. I haven't found any item I use which fits on the shelf without slipping through that gap.

Opted for this model due to limited space in my condo's kitchen. Love the deep fridge shelves and even the freezer has a glass shelf. Deducting 1 star for the narrow door shelves in the freezer and the inability to adjust the level so the doors close on their own. I couldn't get it to close on its own and neither could the two Best Buy installation teams who came out to work on it.

This is a great basic fridge/freezer. Although we don't have water hooked up to it, it does have the ability to have an automatic ice maker. Plenty of space. Didn't come with hardware to reverse doors which is why I'm rating it as good.

The refrigerator has fit my needs perfectly. The color is great . The only issue is refrigerator door closes too quickly.

i bought this refrigerator for my mom. she received it but the freezer door which had to have the handles switched from left side to right, were done incorrectly. the door was also improperly installed. i called customer service and spoke to the store department manager. it took a couple of weeks to get all of this taken care of, but a new refrigerator was sent out to my mom and installed properly. she is very happy with it. i feel that Best Buy responded as quickly as possible to try to correct the problem and I deeply appreciate that.

We have had very good luck with this refrigerator ... it is very quiet and lots of space in the bins on the door for our items. The delivery and installation went very smoothly ... the installers were very careful with bringing our old fridge out and the new one in. Note that the icemaker does not come with it - you would need to order it separately if you would like it (optional).

The black refrigerator looks great in my kitchen, and it does all that it needs to do. However, it does not have a light in the freezer. Now that was stupid.

Works great! Very spacious and sophiscated look. Stainless steel matches my stove and other appliances. Highly recommend whirlpool brand

I love my new Whirlpool stainless top freezer! Even though it's the same size as the one that I replaced, it seems to have much more space, especially on the doors. All of the door compartments can be moved to fit your condiments and beverages, which is great. It's also easy to keep clean as long as you buy the stainless steel wipes. It's a nice looking refrigerator and pretty quiet too!

This refrigerator is exactly what we were looking for, good storage space and easy access.

This refrigerator is just the right size, but the design isn't the best: there is little clearance at the bottom so there is a chance of hitting your foot as the door opens, the light switch is at just the right height to hit with your arm as reach in so the light goes off with right hand opening; the door switch process was not simple: the hole plugs are flimsy and not reusable, the bottom hinge requires switching the front wheels; the leveling process is difficult...but it was a floor model and I can live with the problems because of the price savings.

We needed to replace our 30-year-old, large energy-sucking, fridge/freezer in our garage. We were looking for something smaller that offered well-organized storage for our overflow food items that needed to be refrigerated or frozen. I'd been looking off and on for several months. This 19.3 Whirlpool top freezer unit does the job perfectly! We are very happy with it.

After owning this fridge for over a year, I feel I can give an accurate review. This fridge hasn't lived up to what I thought I was getting. the delivery guys were super nice to set it up for me and switch the door handle so it would open from the other side. After an hour of trying to get the door switched he told me the factory didn't drill a hole for the other side of the fridge so he couldn't keep the handle and top of the door secure. He ordered a new one for me and 2 weeks later replaced it. From day 1 it started popping and pinging about every 20 minutes or so. Sometimes so loud that my kids would say "What was that?" I was thinking it would stop but it never did and I didn't want the poor delivery guys to have to come back so soon so I waited a little bit but by the time I called it was past the 15 days where I could have returned it for a different one. Stupid on my part. but anyway, I have noticed if I place any fresh fruits or vegetables anywhere near halfway back to the back of the fridge, they will freeze and be ruined. It doesn't freeze in the drawers though, but the drawers are so small, I can't fit hardly any fruits or veggies in them. I tried adjusting the temperature but it only gives you 3 choices and the middle choice freezes my veggies, the warmer choice is too warm. I had a thermometer inside to see if the warmer setting would work but it was too warm to keep my milk and meats safe. I wish it had a dial that I could control not a button with only 3 choices. It also has the button that turns on and off the light when you shut the door in a horrible place and my hand has been scraped many times when I place food in and out of it. Why did they put it right in the center and not up top or down at the bottom? The button is kinda sharp, more like a lever. I wish I would have never bought this fridge.

The delivery was flawless and the refrigerator is perfect for the limited space that is occupies. It has a nice design and is very functional.

I purchased this unit in 2023. Whirlpool has a problem with their wire racks. The wire is way too thin and they barely fit over the rails. The rails themselves are also way too small. The racks barely hold onto the rails. Also, the guards on the freezer door shelves are open so bags of veggies or other small items fall out. Those guards should be completely enclosed. I wish I had noticed these things before I purchased this unit.

The refrigerator was perfect. It had all of the specifications we wanted. The problem was the delivery teams\installers did not have training on how to reverse the refrigerator door handle. We tried to resolve the issue, but after two and a half weeks of talking to the store, their escalation team, and Whirlpool, we gave up. The woman I spoke to at Whirlpool was no help and said their was no one who manufacturers the refrigerator that I could speak to. We exchanged the refrigerator for a different model. Once the refrigerator was delivered back to the store where I purchased it, the sales person was able to reverse the handle with no problem. Also, there is no UTube video that goes past reversing the hinge on this model.
