I am simply happy and satisfied thus far with my recent purchase. I had my old refrigerator 40 years. I do realize that the do not make things the same. I hoping to have no issues, and enjoy my new product for years to come.

We love this simple, non-technical refrigerator. It's roomy inside and is an excellent buy. The freezer portion of the refrigerator has lots of space. If you want a refrigerator that only keeps food cool and adequate space to place frozen items in..this is the refrigerator for you. For the prize you can't go wrong!

This is a basic refrigerator which is exactly what I wanted since I had continuous problems with the last one because of the ice maker. It's nice an roomy and allows for easy placement of food.

We purchased this refrigerator for a back up to put in our basement. I put a few things in the freezer and fridge before going on vacation for two weeks. When I went down to get something out of the freezer items I saw items were not frozen. I thought maybe door left slightly ajar or something so turned up the control from the recommended temp to coldest possible. Went back a week later and still not frozen. Called Best Buy they said I had to call Whirlpool. Called Whirlpool and they sent out a tech that came today and said it’s leaking freon. Now have to wait another week for a part to be ordered and him to come back to fix/put in a dye to see where leak is. I called Whirlpool and requested they just give us a new refrigerator since this has been bad from the start. They won’t. They insist the 1 year warranty is for repairs not replacement. They will not tell me how many times I will have to suffer through repair appointments should it not be fixed completely next week. Best Buy has thrown up their hands on this and offered no help. I am frustrated to have bought something new that should be working and wasting so much time now with repairs and it’s less than 2 months old. I will never buy another Whirlpool product both due to poor quality as well as poor customer service when there is an issue. I understand if this situation had happened with an appliance purchased through Lowes that Lowes would have assisted in returning and replacing so I will not buy any other appliances at Best Buy either.

The bottom draws for fruits and vegetables are very small. If there was more room, I would rate it 5. Otherwise, its a nice refrigerator. Very quiet.

My space is limited and was not looking for anything expensive. The refrigerator is a good size for someone looking to get a modest size refrigerator. If you are looking for quality at a lesser cost this would be a good choice.

It is OK - nothing spectacular - it is nice looking but shows all finger and hand marks when touched.

Bought this refrigerator because it was a little bigger than my old one, which was 18 cu ft. The little bit of extra space makes a difference. And I like the gallon holder on the door. More room in the freezer too. Good buy. Like how the cold cut drawer slides back and forth too.

I love my fridge. I I didn't get a fancy fridge. I just needed one that would serve my purpose to keep my food cold and a fridge in good working order. My old fridge was 17 years old and it was about time for a new one. I love it and now i just need to put some food in it.

Excellent; fits just where I needed it. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to all my friends. Well worth the money and the delivery was on time. Great, good and wonderful. What more can I say!!!!!!!!

Good basic fridge. Looks nice, cools OK. Wish the fridge was a bit colder on the normal setting. Install was easy and took about a day to cool down.

Love it! Perfect size for a family of 3..just don’t like how they delivered and tore off the covering..still have left over plastic stuck on it

Big large refrigerator, so many space to fill in with your food

Looked for a cheap stainless steel fridge, found this one. It works well, has more space than I thought it would. Worth the price for sure, looks great.

Nice layout off refrigerator door with easy to adjust shelves. Freezer door is poor design with shelves that allow food to slip through. Interior refrigerator nice shelves and led light.

I bought my fridge 5 years ago, and have not had one issue since I purchased it. Definitely recommend if you are looking for something affordable, great quality, and get the most out of your dollars.

I've had to adjust the temperature in the bottom compartment.

Basement refrigerator and serves our purpose well good

Works well for a garage or second refrigerator. Fits the purpose for which I bought it. No light in the freezer area. Overall no complaints so far.

It was a nice purchase. It provides us with extra space for refrigerated goods, such as juices, beer, and vegetables. More importantly, when we have house parties with lots leftovers. Now we have space.
