The fridge did not seem cold to me when I first got it. I put some water bottles in it and they seemed cold enough to drink, but it still didn't seem cold. I was hesitant to put much in it until I had to. 1 month after I received the fridge I put ice cream in the freezer. It was very very soft to dig out into a bowl. One month after that we got another container of ice cream and it melted. I called Whirlpool and they did send someone out to look at the fridge. The man who came checked it out and came back another day to replace a sensor. But after the fridge was running he noticed that there appeared to be a leak in the sealed system. The fridge is bad. After conferring with his office, they recommended that Whirlpool replace the fridge with a brand new one. Whirlpool said no. I called Whirlpool and they said no again. I approached Best Buy and was privileged to deal with a non-manager as the manager would not speak to me. They said they would not replace the fridge either. The repaid service returned and filled up the coolant and said call them when it's no longer cooling again. I received awful service from Best Buy and awful from Whirlpool. They happily took a ton of money and sold me a piece of junk. I will likely not ever return.

I own rental property. My tenant is overjoyed by this refrigerator. This refrigerator has plenty of room for a family of four and holds up well with wipe downs from sticky fingers. If you are looking for a great refrigerator for a reasonable price you wont go wrong with this refrigerator.

over all great capacity, tempura is bit on a cold side but I am not complain about but we will see with time, only little draw back that I have is that it runs bit louder then my old refrigerator

Well worth the money, very good product for the price paid. Keeps food ice cold and is incredibly spacious on the interior. I am totally impressed and happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Needed a new fridge for the garage — no ice maker or water dispenser needed, just some cold. This seemed to be the best value based on size / brand / ratings, and after a few weeks I’m very happy with the decision.

This refrigerator was purchased for the workplace as the old one went bad. More than what would be needed but for the price it is better than a lot of refrigerators you would use at home. Nice shelves and spacious. The workers are very happy with this refrigerator and would recommend it to anyone.

The mac books are working perfectly for my kids online school and Best Buy was very efficient in getting them to us. 1 was shipped and 1 we picked up curbside. We got them very quickly and both processes were very simple.

Got this fridge to replace an old one that I know was killing my electric bill! Fridge is great! Worked well right after starting it for the first time. Freezer froze items after 4 hours after plugging it in. I love it!

I was told they would replace the fridge or give me a gift card. I could never get through to the folks at the telephone number that I was given

Needed a Black fridge. Any other place I went to were back logged 6 to 8 weeks. Walked into Best Buy they had what I wanted no waiting. I also bought my black stove from them a few years back. Excellent fridge

This refrigerator was purchased for a tenant who turned out to be a deadbeat. The tenant was a dud...But the refrigerator is great. It was well priced for the money.

It is small...but keeps food cold. No light in freezer. Pretty much a budget fridge

This fridge get kinda loud at times. I had to turn cooling up because food didn’t seem cold enough.When isn’t not making that noise it is very quiet.

This is a fantastic refrigerator if you are looking for something simply, clean and easy to stock and use. It may not go online or make your shopping list for you but it is a simply well made refrigerator. Excellent for either a garage back up or a main refrigerator.

Bought an LG refrigerator that would not not get cold enough. Ended up returning that frig and purchased this Whirlpool. Although its a tad bit smaller than the LG, it keeps everything cold.

Very Spacious! Had it installed and it was cold within the hour. The only complaint I have is about the plastic cover; it is super hard to remove. We still have bits around the plastic lining of the fridge doors.

I purchase this top loader freezer because of price. I am sorry I purchased it because most of the time i use the fridge and it is an inconvenience to bend over to get things out.
