They immediately cancelled that order and reordered another unit. It has been delivered and I have had no problems. I really like this refrigerator/freezer and would highly recommend it and Best Buy to anybody.

If you live in an area with frequent power outages like us, you may want to purchase an additional surge protector for your kitchen appliances. Buy one that has a low profile and sits more flush to the wall. This has helped extend the life of our refrigerator.

I have had this model for 3 months and the interior molding has started coming of, as it looks like it's secured by poorly applied double sided tape. The exterior holds every finger print, meaning you have to wipe it daily. I am currently awaiting the door to be repaired and the icemaker be installed. I would not recommend Whirlpool brand products.

The quality of this compared to what I already have is not as good. Bins are much smaller with cheap plastic. Freezer and refrigerator fog up immediately every time the doors are opened. No grill or drip pan on the bottom. Doors’ material do not match the rest of it. Handles stick out too far. Some of the sounds are quite strange. Would have taken it back for an exchange but was preparing for hurricane and exchange time was over.
