The shelves seem like they are made of cheap plastic along with the rollers but so far there has been no problems. The delivery was on time and the guys were a big help in removing the old refrigerator and got the new one installed pretty quick and easy.

The only thing I don't like is the freezer door storage. Bottom is open and smaller items fall out. I wish they would have made them closed bins like in the refrigerator.

The freezer temperatures never seemed cold enough while in the lower refrigerator we found beverages freezing solid. This went on for several months. I finally purchased two refrigerator thermometers that provided the current, high, and low temperatures. The temperatures were monitored twice a day for a two-week period. The freezer temperatures were routinely in the high 30s while the lower refrigerator had temperatures in the low 20s. While monitoring the temperatures I tried tweaking the temperature and air flow settings to no avail. I contacted Whirlpool and they schedule a repair. On January 26, 2021, the technician found that three components need to be replaced. I was informed the following day that the parts were not available and have been back ordered. I contacted Whirlpool again on February 22, 2021, having waited patiently for approximately a month. Whirlpool Customer Service informed me I have to wait until the parts are available, they will not replace the refrigerator. The current condition has basically rendered the freezer unusable.
