    Love the top that closes by itself slowly and softly. I like the touch screen & so many choices in settings. HE is new to us but our normal detergent works properly for the water level. We've only washed a couple loads as we just bought it however, we like it, the see-through lid; the no agitator in middle of washer & direct drive. Very nice!
