Removing the plastic film is a chore to remove. I had to reverse the doors and there were no holes drilled for the refrigerator dooor.

The freezer door compartments have a wide gap so most products fall through. Appearance: it came with a heavy plastic protective sheet that was nestled under the side/top trims. It won't come out. Looks tacky

Best Buy - Whirlpool

But, the doors once switched, don't seal properly even though it's designed to be switched. I had to ask for a new refrigerator, and this time, I was advised to keep the door the way it came, which is swinging into my cabinet. It's an inconvenience to have to work or walk around the fridge door. Also, I paid for $50 for a door switch which should have been refunded back to me, and I am still waiting.
