The unit is low for the refrigerator portion and requires bending low. Potential issue is hitting one's head when getting out after retrieving your item. And bending knees is an ability the owner must be able to do.

The freezer door doesn't stay closed. Removing the plastic film is a chore to remove. I had to reverse the doors and there were no holes drilled for the refrigerator dooor.

It makes an obnoxious gurgling noise when the motor is running - not always but enough times that it's annoying.
The freezer door compartments have a wide gap so most products fall through.
Appearance: it came with a heavy plastic protective sheet that was nestled under the side/top trims. It won't come out. Looks tacky

I bought a Whirlpool trusting it's a better brand than others. But, the doors once switched, don't seal properly even though it's designed to be switched.
I had to ask for a new refrigerator, and this time, I was advised to keep the door the way it came, which is swinging into my cabinet.
It's an inconvenience to have to work or walk around the fridge door.
Also, I paid for $50 for a door switch which should have been refunded back to me, and I am still waiting.
