The refrigerator worked for a little over a year, just enough time for the warranty to expire. For the time that it worked, it was fine and spacious. I liked the sliding cheese drawer. However, with it being broken at this point with not that long of use I am highly disappointed. We did not purchase Geek Squad so we will be having to purchase another refrigerator!

It's very noisy, even when it's not running. Makes all sorta weird noises. Hope it doesn't break down!

Have to hold doors from opening so wide that hinges will wear out too soon Doors open too wide, should stop when open perpendicular to the frig. This is not a deal breaker. Otherwise fine buy for a small frig.

We were looking for a good product that did not take weeks to receive. We appreciate the great in store service and the very timely delivery. All went as well as or better than expected. Thank you, Best Buy!

Everything is nice. We like it. The one thing we don't like is not a fault of the refrigerator. That is having refrigerator things way down at the floor. But with this being a 2nd refrigerator, that is alright.

Looks great, pricey probably due to the pandemic. It is what it is, I had to replace one. Hope it lasts a long time. So far so good.

I realize I bought this open box, however, it was "new" open box because "it didn't fit in the space" and was returned unused nor plugged in. Like EVER. There was slight marring on the exterior etc. I expected this. What I did not expect were the shelves to be not give many options for height, and the door shelves to be so small and close together nothing fits, like a regular mayo jar is too tall. The interior space in the refrigerator portion, because of the shelves, is very small and requires a lot of rearranging for all items to fit, thank goodness for my teenage years spent playing Tetris, lemme tell ya! But the real kicker...THERE IS NO LIGHT IN THE FREEZER! WHAT?? Listen, it's a nice enough fridge/freezer combo, but now I know. Again it was open box, so my error, but for the cost of this item these things are not things I would've expected to be an issue.

I recrived my refrigerator with some dent and I felt bad the delivery person didn't tske care of it

Our refrigerator was delivered on day and time they said it would.The delivery men were very good at setting and hooking everything up.We are pleased with Best Buy's,and will continue to shop there for our needs.

For the height of refrigerator the width should have been two inches wider for more space the unit is too compact

I’ve on this refrigerator for three weeks and so far it’s performing great with no issues. The light could be in a better position but that’s a minor complaint

This Whirlpool is a very standard refrigerator. I do like the lighting and shelving in the main area but wish there were lights and more shelf locations in the freezer.

Good quality for the price. Material of doors is nice because it doesn't rust as fast. Delivery is easy.

It's an overall good refrigerator. The plastic they used for the bins isn't ideal, but they haven't broken after heavy use this past 6 months. Would recommend!

ok.it is ok .it works and is cold.so far so good.i ce machine works.it was not damaged.still not happy I was sent two damaged units.

Great unit for the garage---fits easily in an open space, not too large and holds temp easily.

We are very pleased with the Whirlpool Refrigerator that we purchased in April. It replaces a Whirlpool refrigerator that we had for 25 years. Look forward to the same longlife and quality as we had before.

I have not had this refrigerator that long but seems to be a great use. Cleans real easy and now we have a working ice maker. Service has been fantastic and the salespeople were just as great. Thank you Best Buy.

Good fridge, but if you are tall, go for the bottom freezer, which was nit available mid June, 2021

I actually hate this refrigerator and wish we could return it. The storage capacity is very small, with tiny impractical bins. The freezer doesn't light up and the cooling doesn't seem very efficient. We already have ice build up.
