Elvis and Luis were very nice when installing my new refrigerator. I needed the doors to open on the right and it was set on the left. They were nice enough to redo the doors for me and also install my ice maker. Thank you.

The refrigerator as a whole is ok. The main thing is the noise it makes when cycling. Very noisy.

only complaint is that the interior storage is a bit strange and the freezer is bigger than we needed - would prefer more space in fridge

Whirlpool - 19.3 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator is working fine so far since I bought it last month. I do recommend it.

took quite a while to get doors reversed and get it going, but seems to be cooling well now that we're using it-no issues

Ordered this Whirlpool to replace a 25 yr old Kenmore that ended up not going bad after all. Overall glad didn't cancel this order for reason the price was good and thought luck might be running out on the old Kenmore, though it's quieter than this new Whirlpool actually. That's the only reason didn't give 5 star.

The refrigerator is a second for overflow. It was a great price and just what we were looking for.

Just what we were looking for, a low cost Refrigerator to use in the basement for that extra space needed for sales and parties.

No light in the freezer, which I found out when it was plugged in. Cools and freezes like it should.

Everyone I spoke with at Best Buy were very nice and helpful. As far as the refrigerator, I’ve never heard one make so much noise. I can hear it from the bedroom. I tried calling Whirlpool and got on a call back list because the wait time was 29 minutes. When I received a call back it was a recording saying they had no representatives to speak with. I can get a call sometime within a week. Needless, to say I am returning this refrigerator and going else where to try a different brand. The size and the features had everything I was looking for. No refrigerator should make this much noise...especially a new one.

Tenants loved it! Efficient fridge with durable look. Great upgrade from old fridge!

Its works well . The only problem i have with it is if you don't close the door completly it doesnt stay closed .
