It has yet to be replaced though I was promised a replacement within a week.

After only a few days of having it there was a defect in the refrigerator it is going back I'm returning it for another Whirlpool hopefully I won't have the same issue where it freezes everything in the refrigerator part and in the freezer there are icicles and also parts of the freezer does not function properly pretty disappointed.

I had to make a quick purchase during Covid as my old fridge died. I have a very small space for a refrigerator. I have already had a Whirlpool tech out twice to replace gaskets on freezer and fridge doors. I am now in a 6-8 week waiting period for new doors (should have been done the first time). I have lost all contents of my freezer. I now have my freezer taped shut. I told the Whirlpool person this on the phone and my reply was "oh that's too bad". Keep looking for another fridge in my opinion.
