Doors crooked

It was they that recommended returning and exchanging for the next one but I finally returned it and cancelled the purchase after the freezer door swung open during the night and I lost all of the food in it,

I would love to have the water make and ice maker but these are additional options. I may look into getting those later, but the refrigerator has really nice features and is very roomy.

My refrigerator makes so much noise I can’t stand it. I first of all I had to have 7 units delivered due to damage upon arrival and not this one makes noises all day. I can’t even work from home because I hear it all day. I had a Whirlpool tech out and her heard noise and call in to some rep and he heard it too but they have offer no solution.
