It has to do with best buy! I ordered a refrigerator they put it in the kitchen and said handles are inside and left. See on wrap and remove all the tape and take the handles out of the refrigerator preparing to install them ourselves. They are the wrong handles for our refrigerator. I call best buy and after being on hold several times they say we will order you new handles and it will be 7 to 1p days. After about a week a box arrives, it is one handle and it is white. (Our refrigerator requires 2 handles and it is chrome not white!) I called best buy again and they tell me they are out of handles (which leads me to believe this happens alot, so much for quality control) and they will have to send out another refrigerator. Now I have to empty this refrigerator and store everything. I came today 3 days before Christmas and thank God they sent someone that knew what he was doing. He pulled the handles out of the new refrigerator and put them on mine. This was so much of a hassle you would think they would give money off or offer a free ice maker, but NOTHING!!! Never again Best buy!!!

Whirlpool says keep getting it fixed. Now I need a compressor on a BRAND NEW refrigerator. Was never working from day one. I have lost so much food from either it freezing in fridge or thawing in freezer. Get it together whirlpool. Horrible
