Very good for the price and looks good and very spacious

The gasket didn't seal on the freezer. I was able to squeeze it a bit so it would. In the refrigerator compartment the temp in the top shelf was 37 middle shelf 30 bottom shelf 32, gallon sized tray in the door 39. Good place to put milk if you like it to curdle fast. The 8 to 12 delivery window was completed at 12:15. Best buy said they would send me a new one. That delivery was again planned 8 to 12. Apparently they were short staffed and they showed up at 3:30 with a replacement that had mangled gaskets on both doors. Fed up with whirlpool I decided to go with an LG. It was expected do arrive on July 22 but now has been changed to August 19 because it's now on back order. I might just be unlucky, but I really expected better results based on reviews. I hope the LG will work properly, and the delivery guys show up on time. I'm self employed so while I'm waiting for a delivery me and my staff are on hold. It's frustrating to say the least. Whirlpool quality control didn't do a good job on at least 2 units. Best buy is honoring the return policy and giving me full credit toward the purchase of the LG so I do appreciate that. It's not there fault whirlpool put 2 bad refrigerators in boxes.

This is the worst refrigerator I have ever purchased. Impossible to control the temperature. Produce would freeze in the refrigeration compartment. Ice cubes would fall out of the back of the ice bin. Freezer began frosting over after 3 years of use. Was very noisy. I was so happy the day I replaced this piece of junk.

This is a great fridge, it just takes time and patience to get the temperature down, we find we have to run it on the lowest setting to keep it cool enough and there are only 3 buttons plus if you need to switch the door it takes a lot of effort good as an extra fridge though!!

This is our secondary refrigerator, and is perfect for that task. No water dispenser or ice cube maker but lots of room. Shelves can be reconfigured. Good bottle/carton storage in the door. Our only complaint was that the plastic wrap in place at the time of delivery was very difficult to remove.

My Whirlpool fridge is exactly what I needed. Good size. Great performance.

5 stars for service I received in store Pacific Appliance/Colma store- Henry and Man are the best! Made sure we got a nice one! And delivery crew was fast and professional. Prior to this thru online we had to go thru 2 rejects, we ordered new but seemed like the ones that came were open box. Saying this to help improve quality control even tho ppl were nice. It’s difficult with refrigerators because each time you have to remove food and when unacceptable well, food has to be put back! What a pain ! So let’s hope that online channel delivery channel can be reviewed n improved!

We were looking at a French door model, but they are just so expensive. The cubic foot capacity of this model was a nice surprise, particularly the freezer, very spacious for a traditional design. Also has some nice organizational features like a sliding drawer and modular compartments for the door. Great fridge for the price :)

Fridge is being utilized in the garage and working as it should. Geek squad did a great job delivering and setting up. If you need them to swap handle location, you may need to have them come back out as they did not have time on original delivery date to complete. Def recommend if in the market for a quick simple fridge design.

I love the color of course and I'm happy with the room in the refrigerator for cartons of drinks. The drawers for meat and vegetables, fruit. Also the freezer is adequate.

The fridge has worked well; I haven't had any problems with it. The door "shelves" in the freezer are open on the bottom so small food items will fall through. It would have been nice to have a bottom or a smaller hole so that small food items can be placed in the freezer door.

I am very happy with the purchase of my Whirlpool 19.3 cu ft top freezer refrigerator. Great refrigerator that is reasonably priced, you do not need to break the bank to be able to afford it. In addition, it works amazing, I really love it. I would recommend it to anyone that's looking for an amazing refrigerator, yet is on a budget or someone who is looking for a second refrigerator.
