Quiet, efficient, and keeps the beer cold. I am happy!

In this size range, this does the job. It has a bit of a cheap feel in the door hardware. Switching the side that the door opens on was troublesome due to the location of the screw for the bottom hinge being between the sides of the roller bracket. The fridge had to be tipped up to access the screw. One of the leveling screws did not stay rigid when adjusted, it flopped around, so the fridge still rocks. The sides but not the front of the fridge are fingerprint resistant. Having some control over the relative amounts of cooling in the two compartments by opening or closing the freezer baffle is an improvement over our older model Whirlpool refrigerator that was replaced with this item. We were lucky to find one in stock, as post pandemic supply is limited.

Bought it for the Garage as a no frills basic appliance to deal with the overflow from our main unit. Does its job well. REMINDER: Be careful how the Freezer is stacked you have to leave room for the vents else the cooling for the whole unit (Freezer and Normal) will be impacted

Bought this for a break room. Plenty of storage, no frills refrigerator. No issues yet.

We have a small space to fit our fridge and the resulting frustration of a super small fridge/freezer was not fun. So happy to have found this Whirlpool fridge! It's able to hold so much more and the construction is much sturdier than our last fridge. BB's delivery and install was good. We are happy!

The refrigerator is okay, it makes noise's as if it's filing water for the icemaker which we don't have one. The freezer door opens too easy. Makes me worried my food might spoil. I'm very angry because I warned the delivery man to be careful of the waterline which I taped to the wall to be out of the way. I had to stop him from pulling the copper tubing out of the wall. I filed a property damage claim. Dana the Sedgwick claims representative was opinionated from the first conversation. She was saying there was previous water damage to the flooring. I advised her i'm not claiming property damage to the flooring. Only to fix the leaking water caused by the delivery man. She implied the water was leaking prior to the delivery. When my refrigerator was removed the floor was dry until it started leaking. She's trying to get out of paying my plumbers repair. She wanted me to call her back to answer a few questions. When I finally got a hold of her, she said she couldn't hear me. I told her to wait for me to find my headset as I was driving, the call dropped. I called her back the call went to her voice-mail. She did not call me back. I emailed her to email me back with her questions, she has my email. No response. I called her on my break left another voice-mail message for her. I emailed again her on my lunch break. At the end of the day no response back from her, so frustrating. I will probably have to report Best Buy to the Better Business Bureau.

Just needed a basic fridge and this Whirlpool fits the bill. Nothing fancy but works well. What more can you ask for. Well, maybe an inexpensive ice maker thrown in? LOL Best Buy provided seamless delivery and install. Took the old fridge out for 19.00. Happy customer!

Our old refrigerator died after 27 1/2 years of use (yes, 27 1/2 years). We bought this one as an open box item. We have been very pleased with it thus far. We don't expect to get another one that will last over 27 years, but we're planning to take care of this and keep it as long as possible. We don't need anything fancy, and this appears to be a very solid, basic refrigerator.

Highly recommend this Whirlpool refrigerator and has exceeded all of my expectations. This was the perfect size for my small kitchen. Love the color, although would have been happier with stainless steel but it wasn't available during the holidays. Had a very frustrating time waiting for delivery, however, Best Buy did an excellent managing the hickup. Thank you Best Buy and Whirlpool!

This fridge was very affordable and does all we need. It looks great and had plenty of space.

Refrigerator actually has a lot more room than I thought . Temperature is perfect

My whirlpool refrigerator runs quiet and keeps all food and beverages at the perfect temperature.

The gasket didn't seal on the freezer. I was able to squeeze it a bit so it would. In the refrigerator compartment the temp in the top shelf was 37 middle shelf 30 bottom shelf 32, gallon sized tray in the door 39. Good place to put milk if you like it to curdle fast. The 8 to 12 delivery window was completed at 12:15. Best buy said they would send me a new one. That delivery was again planned 8 to 12. Apparently they were short staffed and they showed up at 3:30 with a replacement that had mangled gaskets on both doors. Fed up with whirlpool I decided to go with an LG. It was expected do arrive on July 22 but now has been changed to August 19 because it's now on back order. I might just be unlucky, but I really expected better results based on reviews. I hope the LG will work properly, and the delivery guys show up on time. I'm self employed so while I'm waiting for a delivery me and my staff are on hold. It's frustrating to say the least. Whirlpool quality control didn't do a good job on at least 2 units. Best buy is honoring the return policy and giving me full credit toward the purchase of the LG so I do appreciate that. It's not there fault whirlpool put 2 bad refrigerators in boxes.

Very good for the price and looks good and very spacious

Buying experience in the store was great... Refrigerator works just fine except it is loud when compressor is running.... also had to purchase icemaker kit as the refrigerator did not come with one...
