Problem with new ice maker not solved.

Took 3 attempts to get installed. Workers not sure of their job description. Wanted to change direction of door, but employee told me it would not seal properly. Think ploy to not do the work. Was supposed to have ice maker, but did not bring it and was told they did not do installations. Had appointment to bring ice maker and did not show. Set up another appointment to bring ice maker and installed. But just as soon as the ice maker was installed and water came into ice maker water ran down the back of the freezer wall and also into ice tub. Another ice maker installed and does the same thing. Waiting for Whirlpool tech, if ever shows.
