    I bought this refrigerator 11/2016. I purchased the Whirlpool brand because of it's name and reputation, even though it was more expensive. I bought it because I needed something that was going to last for a long time. Now, just over 4 years later, I've had to buy a new refrigerator. I've talked to a local repairman and he said it would be very expensive to get it fixed. I'm very disappointed in what I thought was going to last at least 4x as long as it has.

    So cold you cannot use the recommended setting unless you want fruit and drinks to freeze. Other than that, I am satisfied with this refrigerator. Nice shelving and door storage. Hooking up the optional ice-maker took all of 10 minutes. Good value overall.

    The whirlpool brand has always been know for exceptional value and reliably. This refrigerator meets all my needs. There is plenty of room in the top and bottom sections. Individual storage spaces for dairy and produce is great.I believe this refrigerator will serve me well for years to come.
