I wish I had paid more attention to the poor reviews. I had to make a quick purchase during Covid as my old fridge died. I have a very small space for a refrigerator. I have already had a Whirlpool tech out twice to replace gaskets on freezer and fridge doors. I am now in a 6-8 week waiting period for new doors (should have been done the first time). I have lost all contents of my freezer. I now have my freezer taped shut. I told the Whirlpool person this on the phone and my reply was "oh that's too bad". Keep looking for another fridge in my opinion.

Could not be more pleased with my Whirlpool fridge. Tony, the salesman who helped me was awesome. I would recommend this fridge and Best Buy to anyone

Chose this refrigerator solely for its size to fit in a specific space. Just had the third one delivered— the gap between the fridge and freezer doors continues to be uneven and three different geek squad delivery people have tried to adjust the doors, switch the hinges, add washers, and even push down on one side to get the doors level. Still obviously uneven,. One geek squad said I should return it and choose a different brand because Best Buy would start assuming it was a customer problem and not a refrigerator problem and stop sending new ones out. How sad! Yet it has been the geek squads who encourage the return and re-orders. I have another week to decide to return it or live with the flawed doors.

This is a good refrigerator and best when on sale.

If you are looking for value of the price you paid, this is a great product in this range.

I did a lot of research on basic refrigerators and this Whirlpool came out way ahead of some other brands. It also gives you more bang for the buck 16

It’s a beautiful refrigerator. It’s a nice size. I just love it. Glad I made this choice.

There are problems with door storage in the freezer and the refrigerator; boxes frozen food falls through the bar in the freezer. Bottom most shelf in the door almost requires a hand stand to see what is there- a lot of lost space. I love the crisper slides though; they make heavier items easy to get in and out.

Excellent, basic fridge. Needed energy efficiency and basic features. This unit fits the bill.

LASTED ONE YEAR! ONE YEAR!! CALLED BEST BUY, THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER # TO CALL. CALLED THAT #. THEY WANTED TO DO A HOME VISIT IN 5 DAYS!!! 5 DAYS WITH NO REFRIGERATOR!!!! THEN THE TIME OPTIONS DIDN'T FIT MINE OR MY HUSBAND'S WORK SCHEDULES!! GUESS WE'RE SOL!!! NEVER BUYING WHIRLPOOL AGAIN! NEVER BUYING AN APPLIANCE FROM BEST BUY AGAIN!!

I have an 90 plus year old home with limited space in the kitchen for a refrigerator. This one has a small footprint but still has a large capacity for food. The large capacity door storage allows a gallon milk to be very handy. The optional ice maker is working fantastic. I haven't run out of ice yet!. And a bonus it is American made

Picked up this fridge for my parents who had fancier fridges that failed on them.

I bought this item because the refrigerator of preference was not available and needed it one. New item but the compressor makes alt of nocie. I have it exchanged with the fourteen days policy but still same issue. Maybe a got lemon twice. Now I am stuck with it.

I LOVE ❤️ how the door has so many different compartments... It is so organized... And the LED lights help to give it an elegant look.

Hope this frig lasts and what is sound of running.
