First time delivered, freezer door kept popping open slightly when fridge door closed. Delivery guy said that's normal w/new fridges. Wasn't satisfied w/his answer so re-ordered fridge. Second delivery guy agreed freezer door was put on incorrectly and tried to adjust it but couldn't so he brought out new fridge and he did a great job at assembling - his name was Luis. Now fridge and freezer doors close properly and enjoying new fridge.

I am limited on space, so I needed a refrigerator with certain dimensions, so that limited my options significantly. In the store this refrigerator didn't look like it had a lot of room inside compared to all the other models but when it was delivered and installed I was amazed at how much bigger it was than my old one. It is the same width as my old one but it is quite a bit deeper. I like the sliding meat compartment drawer. That little feature comes in very handy. It seems like it is sturdy and well made. I am very well pleased with it so far. It keeps everything a lot colder than my old one and that is on the recommended setting. I have another setting that is colder but I am afraid to use it. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very happy with customer service at time of purchase. Refrigerator is easy to clean and holds alot. Great for holding all our garden harvest as we prep to do canning

I love how spacious yet compact it is for an apartment. My favorite feature, however, is all the clear drawers and shelves because I forget what i have in the compartments.

I needed addl space and 1 frig was not enough. I didn't want a super fancy one with all the bells and whistles. This frig is working out great for us. Like the storage on the doors and drawer space.

Perfect fit with ample space for food. A great choice for a small family. Only concern is the lack of a freezer light.

I purchased this unit in 2023. Whirlpool has a problem with their wire racks. The wire is way too thin and they barely fit over the rails. The rails themselves are also way too small. The racks barely hold onto the rails. Also, the guards on the freezer door shelves are open so bags of veggies or other small items fall out. Those guards should be completely enclosed. I wish I had noticed these things before I purchased this unit.

This refrigerator is so nice! Cools fast! Runs quiet! Clear shelves and drawers look amazing! Love it! I would definitely buy again.

I did a lot of research on a good fridge/freezer combo as we wanted a second fridge/freezer for our garage. I came across this one and loved the reviews. It was the perfect size for what we wanted and Whirlpool is a name we trust. So we were really excited to get it. We had it brought into our garage and setup and waited the full 24 hours (we actually waited closer to 36) for it to reach optimum cooling. Luckily, I only put a few drinks in the fridge and a few bags of frozen chicken in the freezer because the day after we started using it, my wife went out and said the chicken was defrosted and soft and the drinks were room temp. The fridge and freezer both were not working really at all. Also, we noticed there being a reasonably loud hum from it the first day, but didn't think much of it. We have a 3000 dollar fridge/freezer in the house that is silent, so we just figured a lower end model like this would be louder. But it turns out, it wasn't working. So I contacted Best Buy via the phone, the support rep was awesome, got me transferred to the area that handles large appliances and they worked through getting me a replacement delivered asap. They came with the next new one, installed it, took away the old one and the rest is history. The new one has been working flawlessly since we got it. I did add the extended warranty just to make sure we have peace of mind. But I'm extremely happy with the replacement and how amazing Best Buy was taking care of me.

I really like the Whirlpool refrigerator. Lots of storage space inside. Two things that were not ok, the Warehouse where it came from did not switch the doors for me as I requested and when it was delivered the person delivering it didn't take the plastic film off of the doors before putting the handles on when he switched them. Also, told me that the film was suppose to be left on it. But I decided to take the film off and it was hard to do with the handles on it.

Thur refrigerator is perfect for a small apartment or condo. It provides decent room. I like that it came with glass shelves.

I am limited to size in my kitchen so I had very little choices. Makes a lot more noises than I had in other. Fairly happy with it, The sticking point is I new at the time of purchase it DID NOT have a light in the freezer which I feel is needed. If I new at the I would have went to a different model. But don't worry because I use a flashlight when I'm looking for something.

I live alone in an apartment, so when my refrigerator became unreliable, I was looking for something reliable and no-frills. I'm a "geek," but I don't need a camera or touch screen on my refrigerator. I've had the refrigerator for 9 months now, and simply put, I forget all about it. Things are cold that should be and frozen that should be frozen. I rarely hear it, even when I'm working in the kitchen. Shelves, including shelves on the door, are easy to adjust. It's black, so fingerprints don't really show. It's nothing fancy...but it does what I expect it to do, and does it quietly and without my help. What more could I ask for?

My new Whirlpool refrigerator is a great replacement for my old Maytag. I love the adjustable bins in the door and the roominess inside. The only drawback would be the shelves in the freezer door that don't extend all the way out to the bar that holds the items on the shelf. If you put narrow items on the shelf, they will fall through. This refrigerator is very quiet, unlike the Maytag that always popped and cracked like it was making ice when there was no ice maker in it.

Great fridge for the price, this repalced an older fridge. not too loud keeps everything nice and cold fit and finish is great large capacity for it's dimension.

The purchasing, delivery and installation was flawless. But..... I have tried numerous times to get ahold of Best Buy since the installation and haven’t been able to get anyone to answer the phone at the store. I have an issue with the refrigerator (nothing mechanical, it works great), so I will have to drive to the store to talk to someone. I understand that the store is not fully staffed, but to go through the menu, then wait and wait and wait and wait for someone to take the call, I have hung up after an approximate 10 min wait.

Large sturdy glass shelves. Door has lots of room for 1/2 gallon containers. Large freezer too. Reliable temperature controls. Great set up & delivery was provided.

This unit replaced our trusty but aging Whirlpool 18.2 cu. ft. refrigerator that had lasted 19 years. Likes: Same width and height as our old refrigerator - we didn't have to modify any kitchen cabinets. Door storage is great - deep enough to store gallon jugs and our many little bottles. Much easier to find things now. The interior LED light is nice clean and bright. The unit is keeping our food cold, no problems. Dislikes: We notice that it runs more frequently than our old unit, and when it does run it is much noisier. It's usually quiet if you don't open the door. However, after you open the door to get food, the noises begin shortly afterward. It either makes a steady high pitched noise that lasts several minutes, or a lower pitched thunk-thunk-thunk-thunk that lasts several minutes, or we hear quieter rattling. The unit is installed properly - level and with good clearances. On the Whirlpool website, they say these noises are normal. We deducted 2 stars from our rating for the noise.

I bought this refrigerator about a month. The refrigerator is quiet but the ice is frozen in the freezer door. The old whirlpool is very good does not have this problem. Still miss the old model.

Quiet and lots of space. Nice glass adjustable shelves and good lighting.
