    We did not spend enough time making sure this was a good "backup" fridge! Our fault. Best Buy was great! Fridge had a dent. The fridge was exchanged no hassle. The fridge works beautifully. Just not as large as we should have purchased.

    Works good so far. I like it so much that I bought 2. This way I reversed the door on one to resemble a giant French door refrigerator but with 2 refrigerators. Also, if one goes bad, I have another which I can put the food in to prevent food from going bad.

    This fridge started freezing food in the fridge a little over a year after being installed. Warranty service sent a repairman. Problem fixed for about a year. Fridge started freezing food again. After being on hold for hours warranty company sent another repairman. Fixed the freezing problem but then it stopped cooling. 3 years after being installed and many, frustrating hours on hold with warranty company fridge has been replaced with a GE. Dont buy this fridge, you will be disappointed. Best Buy staff is great, warranty service not so much.

    Everything went wrong! Tried for 2 days solid to get someone on phone and nothing, finally went down and saw MANY associates doing nothing! I researched where to purchase the refrigerator and Best buy seem to have best perks! NOT!!! Did not honor the perks! Purchased anyway because we needed it that day! Final straw we no Points!! I thought well at least we will get our perk points! NO! I called and did get someone on the phone and they said because it was set up on 18 months no interest that we would not get points! Done with Best Buy!!!!

    I got this fridge from best buy , but ended up returning it since it didn’t work. After waited for 6 hours and plugged in... Then waited 24 hours... nothing cold then I waited another 12 hours (total of 36 hours) but same... Thanks Best Buy for sending me defective fridge. I wasted my time and effort. Customer service wasn’t bad , but only thing they offered was free return pick up... Please make sure that your product works before ship to customer.

    the first refrigerator did not work and there was not another in stock so they offered a 1.4 cu ft one until they could get one in. being a new home we had the outlets checked by an electrician and confirmed it was the refrigerator. so trying to stuff a full refrigerator in a small refrigerator was not a solution, lost about $150 worth of groceries and paid the electrician but 2 weeks later after the replacement came in finally had one that worked.

    Seems to work as expected, but is very noisy. Noises I've never heard a refrig/freezer make. Really don't think it will outlast the warranty.

    Was not happy for how the plastic was left on the doors and the refrigerator door will not stay opened. It will shut as soon as I open the door, but the freezer door will stay opened on it’s own.

    The lining on the freezer is coming off. The temperature control is off. Either the freezer is not freezing ice cream while the refrigerator is normal or the refrigerator is freezing items while freezer is normal.

    Fridge works but the Whirlpool sticker unglued 2 days later. Come on... We ordered the fridge with the doors reversed but they weren't on arrival. Driver was unhappy he had to do extra work.

    Ordered online and picked it up. Got it home without mishap.The unit was as upright the whole time. Plugged it in and it was defective.It would not cool. Called BB and they would bring another unit in ten days.Good thing our 16 year old unit still worked.This whole episode was pretty bad.I never had a new unit not work before.One more time and I will get a refund.

    I was looking forward to a new fridge. After plugging it in I could not believe the loud noise it makes. I am Considering giving it away. Keeps you up at night. Also the shelving is poorly designed. I only wish BB had a floor model, I never would have bought it. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!

    This is within 3 months of purchase. There are water droplets on the top ledge of the door when I open the refrigerator door. Service guy came out and said he thinks the freezer door needs replaced, but we do live in a high humidity area so maybe that has something to do with that. I said I don't know anyone wiping water off their refrigerator. And they have to come out 5 times to replace a product.

    Horrible product. Broken 6 months after 1year warranty expires. Have only owned for 1.6 years. Never even moved. Freon leak. Repair is 100$ shy of what the entire refrigerator cost. Whirlpool products break easily and don’t last! Do not buy Whirlpool!

    Best Buy: One of the worst consumer experiences ever. Simple order: Deliver refrigerator - remove old one Reverse door hinges Install ice maker I lost count, but took at least 5 visits and associated inconvnience to accomplish this. To your credit, BestBuy could deliver a refrigerator much sooner than competitors.
