It's a good product for the price. This is a no frills, easy install.

Large enough for big items. Ease of use. More expensive than should be.

My only issue with fridge was it was freezing on the recommended setting. Its nothing special but its working good. The quality is not bad.

I have to say how much I appreciate Best Buy and the Geek Squad-I would not purchase an item without a Geek Squad warranty.. I liked the idea the frig was 19.3 cubic feet and I liked the adjustable shelves.on the door.- but freezer is not cold enough--should be zero- it fluctuated from zero to 20 degrees. It stayed at 20 degrees most of the time.-when I told Best Buy (Geek Squad) they replaced it-I wanted another frig just like it--I figured the first frig wasn't working correctly and the next one would be OK--Wrong---same thing with the 2nd Whirlpool. Temp goes up to 20 degrees in freezer. -I'm going to ask them to replace this with another brand-I don't want food that thaws and refreezes. I'm lucky this happened right after purchse so Best Buy would replace it.

Very nice solid fridge. Operates quietly and seems very efficient. But I do with it were a little bigger.

I didn't buy this from BB, but it is the same model I bought. My fridge part freezes my foo all the time, and my freezer keep my Ice Cream so soft, it's worse the soft serve. I have had to keep my fridge on the lowest setting there is, and even with the freezer on the highest, my ice cream is still soft. I have had to throw out more food since having this, and it makes me really mad. One of the bad designs with this is, the blowers are all where they can get blocked. My old fridge I had for 25 yrs, and the blower was at the top part of the freezer. Same for the fridge. They were both 19 cu ft, but this one is a lot smaller. I have a tech coming out to look at it next wk. If they can't fix it, which I doubt they will, will be looking for something else. Glad I bought the extended warranty.

Got this great deal for the fantastic product. So far the product is working perfectly fine and the best part was it was plug and play...no hassles in the installation

First fridge is small apart and it works great. Very happy with this.

Excellent fridge for my garage even in cold weather

Well, I'm sitting here and the temperature in my three week old fridge is sixty degrees F. And it's on its coldest setting. And I have a bag of ice in there. But Jon, you say, the temperature of a fridge is supposed to be less than forty degrees F! If it's higher than that, bacteria will grow and all your delicious food will be destroyed! That is exactly my point. Less than three weeks ago we bought this fridge from Best Buy. It's a large fridge. It's a nice fridge for the space, with ample door shelves, a major upgrade from the 15.5 cubic foot Frigidaire that it was replacing. The delivery process was pleasant and fast. Then at the beginning of the week, I noticed all my food was going bad pretty quickly. So we fill the thing with ice and my thermometer says it's sixty degrees in there. Which means everything in there is pretty much gone. You know what's worse than a tiny fridge? A $600 cooler. And you know, there's a one year warranty, and they're coming tomorrow, but this is a pretty bad sign.

This was a great fridge at first, no complaints. Bought it August 2017. Then, after about twelve months, it started to get so that things on the bottom shelf of the fridge would freeze, while the freezer wasn't as cold as it should be-- nothing too serious, but ice cream was mushy. This started getting worse in March 2019, so we called a repairman. Called him on a Thursday; by the time he came on Monday, the whole unit had suddenly conked out. Our ice was water, our ice cream was liquid, all the breast milk my wife had pumped and saved up was liquid as well. Checked the temperature in the fridge; it wasn't too cold anymore, now it was 60 degrees. Repairman came out. Compressor was broken. Wanted $675 to replace the compressor. Given we paid $650 for it to begin with, this didn't seem like a good deal. Really disappointed with this; one would think you could get more than two years out of a fridge.

I bought this fridge in June 2015 and had Best Buy deliver and install it. No issues until November 2018 when I see everything in my freezer is melted and the fridge is not cold. I called a local service technician to hopefully get it resolved same day. $60 service charge later I find out it is leaking refrigerant and the coils have gone out. He recommends I call Whirlpool since the fridge is not old at all. I call the Whirlpool warranty department and explain why I am not satisfied with their appliance going out after 3 years. The service rep tells me "things happen" and I should buy a new fridge. Unbelievable! I wish I had recorded it This company is building cheap low quality appliances to make it just past the warranty date so they can sell you a brand new replacement. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand that will stand behind its products instead of telling you "things happen"

My only complaint is how loud it is, at night I have to go into my bedroom to get away from the noise, or just shut it off.

Refrigerator was delivered right on time. The men who brought it installed it quickly. They were professional and extremely polite and answered my questions. They removed the old one. All done without any problems.

This is the noisiest refrigerator I've ever owned. It will wake you at night, cause comments by any that hears it etc. I made multiple recordings of the noise. (It is intermittent and I knew it wouldn't sound off when the repairman was here.) I offered to e-mail to the Whirlpool tech prior to service date-no response. When he was here, much of the visit was spent with the refrigerator off, he wasn't too interested in the recordings, and said the noise was normal? It's out of warranty in a week. I'll try Geek Squad next, if they can't or won't do anything, I've wasted my money.

DOES ANY ONE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A HOLE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE FREEZER DOOR AND REFRIGERATOR DOOR WHERE INSULATION WAS BLOWN IN THE DOOR BUT THERE IS A HOLE NOT COVER AND INSULATION STICKING OUT... SHOULD BE A CAP OR SOMETHING OVER THIS ALSO THE STAINLESS STEEL IS THE WORST TO CLEAN IT STREAKS NO MATTER WHAT I USED TO CLEAN IT.. POSITIVE NOTE .... I LIKE THE SPACE IT HAS CAN SOME ONE ADDRESS THESE ISSUES

The fridge arrived defective. The freezer provides -20F at the highest (warmest) setting. It should be -2 at normal. The main chamber is giving 45F at its lowest (coldest) setting and safe food temperature should be 38F. Freezer is covered with thick frost after 1 day of work. Useless. Placing a return with Best Buy.

This refrigerator is very noisy. When a service man responded to our request for help, he listened to the refrigerator and said that was normal noise for this refrigerator. Also, the installation service was not acceptable. The installers refused to switch the door from right hinge to left. They said someone else would have to come out and do that, but Best Buy did not send anyone so I had to do that myself.

I’ve had this refrigerator at my past 2 apartments and it freezes everything. I can only use the middle shelf I do not recommend buying this. I. Fact, I can’t believe how expensive it is based on the poor quality. I’ve had to lower the temp to the lowest setting and I still having issues.
