I has never worked properly. Whirlpool's contracted service provider is backed up making for a couple of weeks between visits to get nothing done. I guess they are having too many issues to manage. Now, six weeks in the parts needed to fix the refrigerator are backordered with no status available as to when they will be shipped. Think about it 6 weeks without a working freezer, no end date to remedy in sight and this is OK with Whirlpool. Stay away from this product.

The alarm that lets you know if a door has not been closed all the way is a nice feature.

Everything in the refrigerator section is freezing and we have it set as high as it will go. Yet, the ice cream in the freezer barely stays hard. If your name’s not Elsa, give this a pass.
