    Need service tech to replace the frig. light!

    Like the size of frig, and counter depth, however 1 year after new, the LED light no longer works, and its not a replacement you can do yourself.. you have to call a service tech to ... YES.. replace a burnt out light in the frig. compartment. WHAT a disappointment..

    Design flaw will freeze up your water line/no ice

    We’ve had this fridge for less than 3 months. Stopped making ice. Paid $150 to have a repair company come out. The water line to the fridge is frozen bc of a manufacture design defect. The part that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen hasn’t even been made by whirlpool yet. Now I have a brand new fridge and no ice maker. WHIRLPOOL pls advise!

    Only one problem but it's a big one you really can't move the shelves up or down as much as you want wish we would have paid a lot more attention to this

    Shelves don't adjust

    This refrigerator doesn't have adjustable main shelves and some of our items have to be store in backup refrigerator.

    Just get a side-by-side refrigerator

    The only thing I can say about this refrigerator is that when you close one door the other ones tend to pop open, if it was not for the suction, I believe they would stay open but other than that I don’t really recommend it

    Not cooling at all

    I just got it yesterday (03/19/2022). It has been turned on for 24 hours. It is still not cooling at all. Just call the customer service for the help. It needs several day later to help take a look. Sigh....

    If I could give this zero stars I would! Its.loud, vibrates and heats up on the sides. We have had to replace this twice now...picking a different manufacturer not whirlpool!

    shelves do not adjust, drawers don't open unless both doors open, no shelf high enough for a bottle of wine. the worst design I have ever seen.

    Broke Ice Maker After Less than 6 Months

    We bought this fridge in late July 2023 and by early January 2024, the ice maker broke. Technician came out Jan 9th and had to order parts. After constant delays because they still can't get the ice maker parts, here we are on April 10th 2024 with a $1600+ fridge that still won't make ice.

    It was the worst option yet that I purchased at Best Buy. I honestly believe that the Best Buy staff in Lawrence, Ks mislead me of the issues about this refrigerator. I’ve scheduled to have it returned SOON!

    Fridge not cooling

    Only had for 2 years. Like the design quad door. However, refrigerator is not cooling anymore. We had Whirlpool previously and same issue with cooling but had it for about 10 years. In search for fridge replacement. Hesitant to get the same brand.

    A great addition to my kitchen

    We just purchased this unit to replace our 8 years old side by side GE refrigerator. The reason that I want a new refrigerator when my old one runs just fine is because my family had hard time to find things in a side by side unit. It really bugged me when they stared at the refrigerator for minutes with the big refrigerator door wide open. Since this is a counter depth fridge, everything is right in front of us. I no longer need to bent down and try to find items behind a pot. The double door freezer saves energy. I divided my frozen food by category into two freezers, so I can easily find the item I need. The roll out shelfs in the freezer is also very helpful. The unit is so quiet that I can hardly hear the noise from compressor. The only noise I heard is when water refill and a ice cube drops which doesn't bother me at all because it only does that once awhile for just a few second. Overall, my husband and I rate this unit high and very please with its look and function.

    easy access shallow depth fridge

    We looked for a 4-door fridge with shallow depth in order to fit the space. This fits the bill perfectly, love that food doesn’t get lost in the back, easy to clean glass shelves and removal freezer drawers. Have had no issues in the 3 years since we bought it, would buy again!
