Had the Frigidaire counter depth unit for one day and decided to return it for two reasons. 1) Humidity level in the refrigerator doesn't work correctly (everything covered in sweat). 2) The freezer section is not acceptable. No room for a regular size frozen pizza. Way too small and not very functional at all. Best buy is delivering a new larger unit soon.

Doesn’t keep food cold enough

Less than a year old and does not always stay cold enough. Internet search seems to indicate it is not an isolated problem. Sides also get very warm when it’s running. Tired of throwing out food, so will be replacing it and won’t take a chance on another whirlpool model.

Disappointed with the design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's only a month old so I can't comment on its reliability. So far it functions as a refrigerator should. However, the doors close hard, as if they are out of alignment, eventhough they appear even. The refrigerator doors always require a double push. The freezer doors aren't as bad. I'm sure this problem won't improve with time. I recommend to anyone to go to the actual store and check out what you're buying. If I had, I would not have bought this particular item.

no water dispenser
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great fridge, but no water dispenser. the description said it has an internal water dispenser. it also says it dispenses cold water, but it does not actually have a water dispenser of any kind. So do not buy this fridge if you want a water dispenser.
