I love my freezer. When I went into bestbuy I was actually looking for a small freezer but I seen this one and it was like love at first sight. I love the way she has a bottom department for pizza, which my family love pizza. I love that it has so my drawer space on the door. The sales man who sold us this freezer was amazing and answer all the questions we had. The Best Buy delivery guys was so fast. They were here for one min and gone the next lol. I love that so much. Thank you bestbuy for an amazing experience!!

The Whirlpool Freezer has been Excellent - Very Quiet while in operation. The temperature holds without any issues. One of the best parts of the process was the actual purchase - from the store assistance and especially the entire delivery team - on time and professional. This why I always buy my electronics and appliances from Best Buy

Excellent buy. Fits great in the basement and was a little bigger than we needed but the price was really good. I purchased the extended warranty with it for piece of mind. laid down in my pickup and easily pulled out to stand up. I let it sit overnight upright before I plugged it in.

We purchased this upright freezer to replace our chest freezer. We are so thankful that we did. We are able to see the items in the freezer with such ease and we have so much storage space including ample space on the doors and the two baskets at the bottom of the freezer. I would reccomend this freezer to anyone looking to purchase a stand up freezer.

This is a large freezer with ease in reaching everything on every shelf. It operates quietly. The shelves on the door are good size.

Our standard refrigerator / freezer combo served us well for years, but as our family (immediate and extended) and social groups grew, we struggled to find room for all the items we used for birthdays, school activities, sporting event, summer parties and holidays. We originally thought about getting a slightly smaller chest-style freeze, but I’m glad we didn’t. This freezer provides plenty of room for all of our regular stuff, while allowing for easy storage of bulky items. It’s easy to organize and we can find items without excessive digging and rummaging.

There is nothing to complain about with this freezer. This is a newer generation of the one we had before; having digital controls rather than the manual knob. The last one lasted over 10 years and would have lasted longer if we hadn't over stuffed it and the door popped open while we were on a two-week vacation. It recovered from that event but finally gave out when we left it open overnight. The new freezer has slightly smaller external measurements but is roomier inside due to the ergonomic layout of the door shelves and thinner inner walls. It is energy efficient rated. This unit gives a lot of bang for the buck.

I purchased model #WZF79R20DW00 Whirlpool Upright Freezer from Best Buy and it started having temperature control problems just one week before the manufacturer’s one year warranty expired. I contacted Whirlpool to repair the unit and instead received 11 months of problems! Whirlpool’s response has been terrible: only 1 authorized repair company in New Jersey and a 3 week minimum to get a service appointment. They recently admitted that “my freezer unit should be scrapped” and are offering that “I can PURCHASE the same model at a discounted price.” Now, my freezer is not even 2 years old and is trash. I have lost my purchase price, over $1000 in spoiled foods, days off work,and countless hours on the phone. And, I still do not have a working freezer! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that BEST BUY cancel Upright Freezer contracts with Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, and Amana. These freezers are all produced by the same company and apparently there's a known flaw with the temp unit malfunctioning and causing food loss. I've had many positive experiences with Best Buy, but thought you should know how your partner, Whirlpool, has treated your customer.

So much better than our old chest freezer. In this one I can organize and see everything I have. It's spacious and works really well.

Incredibly quiet. We kept checking the first few days to make sure our pandemic stick was still frozen! Love the two pull-out baskets. The door storage is especially well-designed and great for storing your most popular items. Lots of smooth surfaces for easy cleaning. The easiest to adjust shelves ever. Almost worth losing the food we had in our old freezer! (That was another brand...)

So far so good. It replaced a large Kenmore freezer I had that failed after 7yrs. I use it to store large and small item foods like fish, whole turkeys, wild game, fresh cut veggies I pakage myself, slabs of pork and beef ribs, as well as chicken legs, thighs, wings and breasts in bulk.
