The freezer works nice and is very spacious. It’s pretty standard but does have multiple temperature settings and an alarm which sounds when temp increase is detected. I do wish that the alarm was a little louder because it’s very difficult to hear unless you are right next to it.

Delighted to have a brand name upright freezer that is 19.6 cubic feet. Organizing frozen goods is easy. Allows us to buy larger quantities of meat at much lower costs per pound, important with the surging costs. Installed in our basement utility room next to the refrigerator we purchased last year from Best Buy

This freezer has worked great from the moment they plugged it in. Very quiet and maintains 0 degrees. Previous freezer was also a Whirlpool that died after 2 years, took a chance on this one because we like the way the Whirlpools are set-up better than other brands. Anyone can get a lemon.

The noise is very very little and she loves the space inside.

would be 5 stars but the first 1 delivered didn't work and had to get it replaced. Best Buy was awesome to work with and gave us no hassle to get a new one. The new one is working great so far with no issues. I think it was just a fluke that the first was not functional.

It is a great price, after searching multiple places. We choose to pickup at the store and they were quick to get it in and picking up was quick and easy. It works great.

The freezer is much bigger than I anticipated. It has plenty of room and we love the baskets on the bottom. It’s very quiet too!

No soft ice cream! Finally, a large appliance that does its job without a problem. The feature I love most is the way the door closes and creates a vacuum, keeping frozen foods actually, well, frozen. I also appreciate the streamlined delivery and set up.

It seems to work well. This is our first upright freezer after replacing a Kenmore 45 year-old chest freezer (which still works) and we like it. Everything stays frozen.

I like it, but there isn't as much room as I thought there would be. There is a tube type mechanism that runs down the back middle of the freezer wall. You can't get larger items flat against the back. Also, the temperature and light are at the top, in the middle so you have to work around that. Last thing is the basket on the bottom is at a slant on the back so you cannot place larger items in it.

Love this freezer. It had plenty of space for all our meats and vegetables, and it’s quiet. Great value for the price.

I am enjoying my new freezer! The door bins are great for my quick grab stuff and odd shaped items. The shelves allow plenty of room for my frozen food. The freezer runs so quiet that for the first week I kept checking it but I appreciate that since we have it inside our home. My next major appliance will be made by Whirlpool!

Had an older stand up freezer that was frosted over inside. This freezer is perfect. No frosting or freezing on the shelves. Plenty of space to store all my food and then some. Excellent product for the price

The freezer works great! Even through a 48 hour power outage, the majority of the food stayed 100% frozen. When delivered, it started pouring down rain, but the guys set it up without a single complaint. Thank you!

Just received our new freezer last week, and I am very impressed. Lots of room inside. Love the door compartments for storage. I also like the fact that the shelves are metal and not plastic.

Our upright freezer quit working and this was the only upright freezer we could find because they were sold out everywhere. We have been very happy with it so far and it has been working very well. Same size as our old freezer so it fits well into the same space.

This is a nice large freezer. It has a very bright light which makes it easy to see everything in it and I love having the alarm that let's me know when the temperature is dropping. It is a nice quiet tone so is not annoying.

Had this bad boy delivered a few weeks ago. So far it’s been a great freezer. Lots of space and keeps the food frozen. Got it on sale and haven’t looked back.

This freezer replaced our old chest freezer. I love this new freezer. Looks so good it could be placed in your kitchen. Nice looking appliance. Freezes really good. It holds a lot of food. Very pleased with this freezer. Easy to place food in and know where it is when you want it.Even the door itself holds a lot of food.
