Love the storage space and size. Much better than your usual deep freezer

No soft ice cream! Finally, a large appliance that does its job without a problem. The feature I love most is the way the door closes and creates a vacuum, keeping frozen foods actually, well, frozen. I also appreciate the streamlined delivery and set up.

Had this bad boy delivered a few weeks ago. So far it’s been a great freezer. Lots of space and keeps the food frozen. Got it on sale and haven’t looked back.

This is a great freezer for extra storage! I didn't give it 5 stars because after almost a year of having it, it stopped staying cool, so now I have to get it repaired.

This freezer seems to "fit the bill". It is spacious, and I like that I can switch the door from left or right swing. I have only been using this freezer a short time, so its lifespan will be the key to being 5 star. Note: Appliance repairman is the one who recommended Whirlpool brand, based on his experience. said they were 'well built'.

This was a replacement freezer for one that was 16 years old. I had size limitations because it had to fit in the same spot as the old freezer. I looked online and this one met my requirements and was being sold at a decent price. Contrary to what some others wrote in the reviews of this freezer, Best Buy delivered it, plugged it in and it has been working like a charm. (For those of you who are too young for that expression, it means that it is working well.) There is enough interior space to fit all the food that was in the last freezer, which was about the same size. It's not too deep, so that a person under 5 foot tall wouldn't be able to reach just about everything in the freezer. It's not fancy, but it does the job.

This is a very spacious freezer with several shelves and slots in the door to hold smaller items. We have had no issues at all with this freezer.

I purchased this freezer online sight unseen. I could not be happier with this purchase. If I had been able to have choices this is the one I would have chosen. I love it! Best Buy was fair, honest and excellent service. THey kept me notified all along the process. Delivery crew was great! They brought the freezer in, set it up and could not have been more efficient. A great experience all the way around and I would totally buy from them again.

The freezer works great! Even through a 48 hour power outage, the majority of the food stayed 100% frozen. When delivered, it started pouring down rain, but the guys set it up without a single complaint. Thank you!
