The size is just right. I previously had ~22 Cu. Ft for my family of 6 and felt the size was just too big. Items are very easy to locate.

I talked myself into getting a up right frost free freezer and replacing my chest freezers. I think it is the best purchase I have made. It is truly amazing with all the extras that comes with it alot I did not even know it had. An alarm if the door it not closed. A red light if something is nit set right. Truly AMAZING. Love it...

Replaced smaller freezer in the pool area. Great size and very easy to store meats.

Installed and set up quickly. Plenty more of space for food. Fast freeze feature is great. Appears to have a vacuum when you shut the door so it closes securely. The temperature alarm is nice but mine beeps 1 or twice every 30 minutes to an hour. Called whirlpool customer service and they as to reset freezer by unplugging it and it would fix the problem. It didn't. Freezer staying at proper temp.

This unit has a nice look. It is quiet and organizes well. The basket on the bottom of the door is kind of useless unless you like frozen pizzas.

I wanted a stand up freezer with plenty of room. This is perfect. It takes up no more room than a refrigerator with tons of room. All food is visible when the door is open. Adjustable shelves and lots of easy to get to room on the door. This model even has an option for an ice maker if you want. It has a key to lock it, if you want, so no leaving the door accidentally open. An alarm also if it gets too warm. Best freezer at the best price.

Nice freezer. Pleased with it, except it’s light weight and moves each time I open the door. I want to anchor it.

Very pleased with the purchase of this freezer. Works great and have lots of room. We got this to replace our old rusty freezer. Hope it lasts 42 years like our old one. Not going to hold my breath on that one.

Freezer arrived as advertised. The only thing is it's somewhat noisy but seems to work fine.

It is so spacious and I love it. I changed from a chest freezer that I had bought instead of an upright to save money. Don't do it. An upright is soooo worth the cost difference for the organization and ease of use. I now have shelves for every kind of meat and I do not have to unpack everything just to get something out. So happy with my purchase.

Whirlpool products are great.I have always had excellent products from them.

Our new freezer replaces our 33 year old freezer,....aka energy hog. Our new freezer is working great.......energy efficient and keeps all our items frozen!

Freezer is great. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The vent system going up the back of the unit (on the inside) needs to be placed some other way so they are not so easy to block. We also had a problem with the seal around the door coming unglued. I pushed it back in place, but have not had a chance to contact Best Buy or Whirlpool about it.
