I wanted a stand up freezer with plenty of room. This is perfect. It takes up no more room than a refrigerator with tons of room. All food is visible when the door is open. Adjustable shelves and lots of easy to get to room on the door. This model even has an option for an ice maker if you want. It has a key to lock it, if you want, so no leaving the door accidentally open. An alarm also if it gets too warm. Best freezer at the best price.

Freezer arrived as advertised. The only thing is it's somewhat noisy but seems to work fine.

The first freezer was delivered and did not ever get cold. I called Best Buy support & they took care of the issue by replacing the freezer. They delivered the new and removed the broken one at no cost to me. The new one works perfectly!

It is so spacious and I love it. I changed from a chest freezer that I had bought instead of an upright to save money. Don't do it. An upright is soooo worth the cost difference for the organization and ease of use. I now have shelves for every kind of meat and I do not have to unpack everything just to get something out. So happy with my purchase.

Our new freezer replaces our 33 year old freezer,....aka energy hog. Our new freezer is working great.......energy efficient and keeps all our items frozen!

Nice freezer with large spaces can accommodate everything

Great freezer. After an hour of letting it cool down, it was ready for use. Keeps my food frozen in my storage room which gets hot during the summer months. Delivery went smooth, and they also moved old refrigerator to another room for me.

I bought mine used from a Best Buy Outlet store and it initially worked great for about 9 months. It has been used as a basement freezer during that time. The “freezer” component has stopped working recently and as a result, all the food inside went bad overnight. Will be replacing a fuse in hopes that it will start again, but I would recommend caution with open box sales.

Freezer is great. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The vent system going up the back of the unit (on the inside) needs to be placed some other way so they are not so easy to block. We also had a problem with the seal around the door coming unglued. I pushed it back in place, but have not had a chance to contact Best Buy or Whirlpool about it.

Bought this freezer from bestbuy. Love it. have no issue at this point, give a me a year. to really review the freezer. the sales associate was sweet. The drives were nice and quick. Got a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way.

After years of diving into my chest freezer to retrieve frozen goodies, I'm excited to have an upright freezer that showcases all of my food: No more burying the chicken or peas, only to find them 3 years later! If you are new to large freezers, please consider purchasing an upright--you'll never regret it. The huge shelves and nifty door compartments are perfect for organizing all your frozen treats! I've only had it for about a month, and it is working well.

This is a very spacious freezer with several shelves and slots in the door to hold smaller items. We have had no issues at all with this freezer.
