Very Disappointing Experience

A thick coating of ice forms on the back side of the freezer box which melts and drops water all over our new wood floor. The Best Buy installer did not check for proper operation before leaving. Both the Best Buy sales person and the Best Buy 800 number are uninterested in helping us. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

French Door Fridge

Switching to having the freezer on the bottom saves on the back pain. Food is so convenient to reach. And the fridge has air flow filters that work great. Thanks!
