small product, not making water cold when using ice maker sometimes does not make ice...

Our refrigerator is still dripping water out of t water dispenser after installation about 20 or 30 seconds after we pull the glass away.

Love our new refrigerator! Plenty spaces to organize items. Although we cannot get ice from refrigerator door (only water) but we're still happy with this product.

Shelves deep wide and bright for a 30” wide fridge. Water is a mear trickle like it has a bad prostrate. Overall we like it. The delivery guys were great all six of them.

Refrigerator has a dent on the side that was covered with blue tape. The technicians didn't tell me they pushed the fridge in the enclosed spot and only said they couldn't run the water line. I haven't heard a word from Best Buy about a refund for installing a water line. The fridge holds an odor

nice looking built very well was packaged very well for shipping nothing was broken everything works as it should water and air filters very easy to change

Not even 6 weeks after delivery the compressor went out had to use whirlpools warranty. Took about a month for parts to arrive and finally it works. We will see what happens next.

We really like it so far. The smaller vegetable isn’t shutting properly, but bestbuy is sending someone out on the 25th to fix it

Extremely difficult to keep the outside clean. I am constantly wiping down the handles and outside

Installers did a good job but the refrigerator itself is problematic. Refrigerator won't cool below 42-44 degrees despite being set at three stars. Freezer shows frost. Customer service very hard to contact (had to wait over 1/2 hour), then palmed me off on Whirlpool. Hopefully Whirlpool techs can fix this or else we'll have to send this thing back. In addition, temperature should be in degrees rather than stars.

So impresses by the excellent arrangement of the shelves , flexible interior and ability to fit a variety of sizes of bottles in doors

The installation guys didn't lower the wheels or tell us how to do it or that it should be done to move the unit. The one drawer on the left doesn't fit well. We're going to set up a service call but the refrig is at out vacation home so this may take some time. We never figure out how to install the air filter, poor instructions.

Very accessible for all items. I like not having to bend over to retrieve items from the refrigerator. Works out well for me.
