Broke after 6 months . Refrigerator section stopped cooling and needs a new fan the fan is back ordered so I will not have aworking fan for 1 month while I wait for the part, and whirlpool does not offer an exchange since it’s able to be repaired . I say spend the money on a fridge that won’t break so fast

I am hopeful this refrigerator will work out because for a smaller fridge the interior layout and functionality is great. However a couple hours after it was installed it began making a high whining sound when cooling. I'm getting a repair scheduled and hope it will be something minor that maybe should have been done during installation

I purchased this refrigerator a year ago and I have had to have a technician come out 3 times for different reasons. The construction is cheaply made and very disappointing. To add insult to injury, it takes weeks just to get an appointment to get anything fixed.

Terrible product. Oddly made, the doors will often not close fully but it won't make a noise or show they are open. The freezer drawer has a screw that comes loose and stops it from closing fully. Barely lasted 2 years.

the worst refrigerator ever .door completly broke after 1 month . it has been 6 months and im still waiting for repair . whirpool claims they dont have the piece to repair it and they refuse to exchange it . the worst product and worst customer service ever . DO NOT BUY !!!!!

Wish I could give it zero reviews. Second one of these I’ve bought in the last 10 years, shame on me. Both stopped cooling, and Whirlpool customer service is, dishonest, rude, misleading, and won’t call you back. Buy another brand.

It’s to small and the filters are expensive and hard to find and not worth the price

Came with big dent could not return or receive store credit.

The water dispenser, and ice maker stop work after a few month, and can't get in touch with customers service

Frig is excellent. The stainless steel black is very slick.

Better than a Samsung and pretty cost efficient. I like the way the water dispensing has such a nice display.

French style fridges might be a convenient style, but make sure you buy the right one because this one is not it. The freezer door became unhinged after a year and was defective. In my opinion side by side or old school fridges are better but if you're going to by French style buy the highest rated one. Don't go for value with this style or you'll regret it.

Worst refrigerator EVER. and Whirlpool has the worst customer service. DO NOT buy anything from Whirlpool. Compressor broke less than 3 months after purchasing and expect the consumer to live without a refrigerator/freezer. They could care less and left me on hold for 43 minutes. Shameful, shameful, shameful.

The ice machine broke an after a week. Still waiting for a replacement from Best Buy.

STOP: Lighting casts a yellow tint on shelving; thought originally defective shelves but it is the lighting. 1.5 years into hookup refrigerator stopped working and now looking into any Warranty coverage (68 degrees; food ruined.)

It has been one year and I love my Whitlpool refrigerator! The french door stule fit better in my apartment than either a top freezer or a side by side. Having filtered ice and water is wonderful and tastes better.

Can't give review still waiting for it but send again in November

Good value for the money. I would buy again. Well worth it. Especially good for elderly people. I bought it for my mom.
