This fridge is full of flimsy plastic parts that break incredibly easily, and the fridge does not cool fast enough or keep things at stable temperatures. I was shocked at how fast the lowest drawer wheel (built into the fridge side) snapped in half. The produce drawer constantly falls off its track. The fridge cools some areas so much they freeze produce while letting things in other areas climb to unsafe temperatures. I got sick from this keeping things at high temperatures (got a fridge thermometer). I have had this fridge for 3 years now, and it is still disappointing.

I like the size for my small older kitchen. It looks very nice and it seems to keep the temps right for all areas.

Purchased the model WRF560SEYM on March 2018 which is similar in size and features as this model. Not many units like this model with a small form factor, French doors and loaded with features at a reasonable price. Many shelf configurations. Quite spacious for its size. Happy with purchase.

Very please with the overall build quality and features of this fridge. Only having space for a 30" wide fridge limited my options but I was very happy to find this model. I've had for about 2 weeks and no issues. Ice and water work well and no issues with noise.

I needed a fridge that wasn't too wide, but still wanted an ice maker and water dispenser. This fridge fit the bill, and is fingerprint free!

It fits perfectly in our kitchen and the storage capacity is awesome.

Have had no problems what so ever. Works great. Crew was great bringing into house. Geek squad greatness. Great to have ice and water when needed. Will definitely recommend to those looking for a refrigerator.

Due to space requirements and wanting water in the door this is one of only 2 refrigerators that I can find that have water in the door. I received it about a week ago and it is turned up as high as it will go, it won't cool below 40 degrees.... My advice would be to buy the extended warranty. I will see how service goes, hopefully it will run because I love the size of this fridge. If you can get a bigger refrigerator in your space, do it... in my opinion the only reason to buy this one is the fact that it is so compact.

Water leaking from water dispenser and dispenser housing 40” size was perfect for my space

Perfect size for small kitchen. There has been a problem with dripping from the water dispenser since install. Whirlpool states it’s common and is a problem with air in line; have bled the air many times, still drips.

Great product. Great price. I highly recommend this product. Adequate storage. Easy to clean.

I was disappointed in the refrigerator. I received the first one and had to return it as the freezer did not seal causing it to run continuously and not freeze the food. Received the second refrigerator and it worked well for 2 years but then the freezer stopped freezing the food so I had to have it serviced which cost $300.00.

It's hard to fit everything in here. When all the groceries are fit inside, it's hard to find things because they're behind everything else on the little shelves. Just not an exciting fridge.

Cools good not great . Drawers are cheap plastic. Tall itms only a room for a few items. Touch proof is awesome

Only major issue there is no place to put butter. Could be a little taller for those large bottles

I would like to give 5 stars as the sales man was great to work with ,the guys that delivered our range , microwave and dishwasher were great and spent a great amount of time going over everything and making sure everything worked although the guys that delivered our refrigerator after trying to fill us with bs because our refrigeraor was delivered late just dropped it iff and left , our freezer door doesnt work like it should , its suppose to self close but doesn't and is hard to open also didnt bring a kit to hook the water line up we drove 60 miles to get one from the best buy we purchased from , after talking to guy that sold us the appliance he set up a appointment for someone else to come out but not for about 3 weeks , its kinda annoying spending a good amount of money for stuff that doesnt work properly because people cant do there job correctly !

the motor goes dead- not cooling at all - bought in April 12, 2019 first it happen in May now it is the end of July and it broke again -twice already!!!????? not buying this brand again

Purchased this fridge about 4 years ago for about $1000. Now the control and thermostat went out costing me $665 for labor and parts together. Beautiful fridge. Don’t look for it to last long without repairs. On the flip side, that just might be todays time all together, nothing is built to last.

This is a very attractive refrigerator and fits nicely in my space. That's the good part. Within 24 hours water was pooling under a storage drawer in the fridge portion. A service tech came out and made adjustments to the freezer door, ran diagnostics and the issue was resolved. Fast forward three weeks later and the freezer was frosting badly. Another service call revealed cracks in the freezer liner. After consulting with whirlpools tech line my tech applied liner tape to the cracks. He remarked that one of the cracks appeared to have been painted over. After complaining directly to whirlpool I was offered a six month extension of my warranty. I was expecting more and am frankly disappointed. I purchased an entire bundle of whirlpool appliances with this fridge. Crossing my fingers they don't fail.

Bought previous model 4 1/2 years ago. Water line to icemaker failed at 4 years and, a few weeks later, a moaning sound started. The repair person could replace the water line but the moaning sound was caused by a failing compressor. Cost to repair: over $1000. Whirlpool has the part listed at almost $600. Such a major part should be under warranty for over the standard one year, but Whirlpool said "no way" to paying any part of this. So we'll get a new fridge instead, but not a Whirlpool.
