The refrigerator functions well and looks attractive with all the features it has. But the inside plastic drawers feel very cheap; the doors cannot be opened 180 degree so it is very difficult to move the shelves. It is also pretty noisy overall. We won't buy it again

This is the perfect refrigerator I need for this size!

I love this fridge! We needed a narrower width and this was perfect. We’ve had it for several weeks and it’s great! Lots of space for our needs. I do miss the ice dispenser in the door but it’s just as easy to scoop it out of the freezer tray.

This is great refrigerator! The size is perfect and it is quiet and efficient.

This fridge is very good temperature wise both in the fridge and freezer. It came with all the 3 filters it needs and is very nice looking. Not the boggest amount of space though, but it is very manageable. The ice feature takes about 72 hrs to fully fill up the box in the fridge and the water dispenser doesnt always dispense cold water. The fridge itself is good quality and easy to use.

I love this refrigerator. It’s big enough, I was worried. It is so cold that I had to turn down both the refrigerator and freezer. And this short little puppy is pushing out a ton of ice. I am very happy I chose a Westinghouse product.

Great refrigerador. This refrigerador, even though it is on the side of small refrigerators, has great capacity and kta design is great with plenty of space for everything and provides easy visibility into the content and access. Highly recommended

Love the fridge for a small break room. Water dispenser in the door and ice below in the freezer drawer is a great design!

Needed a small frig to fit in a tight 33" wide spot for our upscale rental. This was a perfect match! I wanted French Doors with a water dispenser, ice maker AND a water filter and this had everything in the right size. The LED lights are great also.

Installers hooked up the water line but I never use it and have not turned on ice maker. Love the refrigerator, the double doors and the freezer drawer below.. the only thing that stressed me out was the big buzzing sound it started to make one night. I called my GC and they came over, made it so the wheels worked- rolled it out and unplugged it. After they unplugged it, a motor sound kept going and then ended. They both were confused why anything would be running after they unplugged the electricity. They waited and plugged back in, since then their gage been no sound so far. Today the microwave was installed so the installer went ahead and disconnected and capped the water for me. I have an appt for the Best Buy guys to come check it out. As there is a warning inside the freezer beware of explosion! What’s that about ? Intend to find out when they come!

We purchased this refrigerator in 2019. After about 16 months, no problems at all. It's a little smaller than I would normally want, but it fits the space in our kitchen perfectly. Would buy again.

So far so good. Just had this Whirlpool fridge installed. Threw out the first 5 gallons of water and 2 full bins of ice to get the filter going with clean purified water. It's an upgrade from what we had. Temp at level 3 is working perfect for our fridge and freezer. Adjustable shelves, fridge has wheels for convenient moving. Looks modern, fits right under our older kitchen cabinet height of 67 3/8". Note that the hinge in front only is 68+". Now seeing how long this reliable brand lasts.

Perfect size for my space and love the water dispenser in the door with ice maker in freezer. My old fridge had ice in door and always froze or ice flew everywhere!

Seems like a decent refrigerator for the size we needed. Not sure of the overall quality though as it doesn't seem as "solid" as it should be. Also beware that we purchased the extra support but am now told before Best Buy can send someone out if there is a problem we need to get Whirlpool's okay. Not happy with that and if we need service there better not be a delay going through that red tape.

My refrigerator has been working great. I was able to find a refrigerator that will fit through my small doorway. BUT I cannot order a water filter on their website. VERY FRUSTRATING.

Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love my refrigerator. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is based on the whole purchase experience. I was able to make the purchase very easily in store. Employee was very knowledgeable about the fridge, had a great experience there. My fridge has an ice maker and water available for use but if your house doesn’t have hookups (mine does not) they schedule you with a 3rd party company for the install. Delivery went smoothly, my fridge was packaged up well and they didn’t damage anything on delivery. Very professional and fridge works wonderfully. The water/ice line install was delayed to almost a month later (fine). The day of installation my window was schedule for 7am-10am. I got a voicemail and phone call the day before reminding me of this. I waited patiently and 10am came and went. I figured they were running behind but then 11am and nothing. No call and no one showed. By this time I’m calling the numbers Best Buy had given me and I’m not able to reach a live person and was given a hold time of 3 minutes and 20 minutes later their phone system hung up on me. Next day I finally reach a live person and he tells me that I have to wait another 24hrs to find out what happened. Okay. So I wait another 24hrs and finally reach another live person. My phone call with her lasted over an hour while she was getting bounced around and transferred. They wanted to reschedule me for the end of March. Why am I being punished for a company not showing up or calling me? Obviously I was not okay with that and they have me rescheduled for March 8th, a week after my original date. I’m not going to hold my breath. An appliance purchase is a big one and for Best Buy to use a company that doesn’t take pride in showing up for scheduled appointments or bother with a phone call is beyond me. Because of the lack of professionalism, I will certainly be rethinking any future appliance purchases here especially if they involve 3rd parties.

looks great and works great. we had a small area to work with and didn't know if we would find one that would work with the french doors but, this one worked out great.

love this size, perfect for my condo. Is large enough to hold lots of food and groceries too!
