Great looking microwave inside and out. Quality construction with a nice solid feel to the door when closing it. Fairly easy to install. And several automatic cooking features that senses when the food it done. Looks great in my new kitchen.

Look very nice on top of range in my small remodel kitchen. Included vent fan and that's what I need in my no ceiling-exhaust vent kitchen.

I recently purchased this microwave for a kitchen renovation and so far, it has been great. Its quiet, efficient and capable. I haven't used it enough at this point to rate it on all of its features but so far I have not been disappointed.

Cooks food evenly - love the stainless steel - spacious

I was replacing an over the range Whirlpool microwave and found this to be a very similar model with the same and/or similar features. A lot of the reviews I read were good, and so far I have been pleased with the microwave's performance, automated sensors, and features. I have not used the internal wire rack yet, but the holidays are coming and I am sure that this could be very useful at Thanksgiving. I have been impressed with the internal sensors for microwave popcorn and it does pop it to the proper cooking time and does not burn the popcorn. I am assuming there is a sensor for the scaling the weight of the bag before starting the popping. I also like the questions in regards to heating vegetables, for it does ask if they are frozen or not, to also assist in the cooking times. You can still set the time manually as well, but this is good for those who do not know what time to start with. The automated vent fan is nice for when cooking on the stove top and the need for ventilation is needed, it automatically turns itself on and off when the temperature is unsafe or safe. This helps in keeping your hands focused on the stove top cooking, and also keep your possibly dirty hands from messing up the buttons of the microwave.

this unit has a great look to it and has been a huge step up from our last unit. I have yet to figure out all the tricks it can do but I really like the sensory cooking feature, although I find it to be too hot on that setting. great fan controls without having to vent. easy to install & follow directions. my only complaint is the beeper is VERY QUIET!

Firstt installer damaged the unit's door.Best Buy was no hasslle and sent a new microwave right out.Second installer was MUCH better and it's now been 3 weeks of great operation. Has all the features needed, runs quietly and looks great in our kitchen. Cudos to Best Buy....not so much to the guy they sent out first.

Lots of research for a microwave oven that did not have a lot of internal bells and whistles like a griller, fryer, convection oven I just wanted a microwave and this is absolutely perfect and priced very fairly. Well made, and flashy on the eyes. Has the extras that a microwave should have, Timer, turning platter and large capacity.

On one side the mounting holes are more towards the center of the unit so it needed to be where there was a wall for the hood tunnel. It took some woodwork and finagling to install. Seems to work great so far, but cook times are a bit longer than my old microwave. Like the spacious interior, as on much more expensive units mostly.

Very clean and modern look. More features than I knew when I purchased. Heats way faster than our old microwave. LOVE the sensor that senses whatever you put in to heat and cooks evenly.

Looks good, cooks good! We used Best Buy's haul off and install and we were well pleased with the installation process, as well.

Lacks a 2 brightness under range light, only one level.

We purchased this particular microwave for two specific reasons; one is the interior is a gray color, easier to clean and doesn't show food splatters as much. Second for the door is easier to open, the closing latch-mechanism is a different design then the other brands we looked at. Since this is an above the stove/cooktop mount, and I am 5'2" tall, I have to really jerk hard on the door to get it open. Being short this opening of the door by, is in effect actually pulling down on the door a bit to open it. This caused previously owned microwave doors to eventually come out of alignment with the oven itself and not be latching properly causing the microwave to not operate. So far this latching mechanism makes the door easier to open. The only reason I didn;t give this microwave 5-stars is because the exhaust fan can be really loud when on high speed. (It is much quieter on the lower speeds)

This microwave is easy to use and has many excellent features. It has multiple fan speeds and lighting levels. And, the fan will shut itself off if you forget. Buttons require light pressure making them easy to push for people with neuropathy in their fingers. It also has an easy clean surface.
