This microwave works perfectly and does a great job heating various food and beverages. There's custom setting for the sound/beeping which is very helpful when the baby is sleeping. We have only had it for a couple of weeks but so far so good.

I had a countertop microwave for years. I decided to switch to over the range for countertop space. I really like the features, and the exhaust fan is very much needed. It is very spacious, and does the job. I'm still learning about the other cooking functions. Great decision I made with this.

I love the microwave, however, because I ordered it online, for some reason, I wasn't given the option to pay for installation so I had to do that myself. Again, microwave works great, just wish the Best Buy would address issues related to online appliance purchases and installation options.

This microwave works great so far, have only been using it for 2 weeks. It is much quieter than my previous microwaves. Cooks the food great and more evenly than my last one. My only issue is the glass tray inside falls off the track very easily, but if that is my biggest issue with this then I'm a happy camper!

I'm very happy with this microwave. The sensors actually do a fairly good job of 'sensing' things like popcorn and defrosting meat and poultry without actually cooking it. It's quieter and more energy efficient than my last microwave. I'd definitely recommend this microwave to others

Extremely quiet in operation. The extra interior size is very useful Everything we cook now fits and doesn't touch the sides. Well worth the little extra over the slightly smaller microwaves.

Works fine. Only problem, it was missing a piece. Went to BB and they gave me the missing piece.. All is well.

This microwave is very nice looking. The cook options are abundant. So far everything I have cooked in there is tasty. I did cook some frozen vegetables and there was steam buildup in between the door window panes. They eventually evaporated and went away. I was told it was normal.

I searched for a long time before landing on this microwave when my old one was dying. A combination of looks, price, and features made me realize this was the one for me. It wasn't terrible hard to install, either, my idiot friends and I were able to put it up without a hitch.

It was closeout priced and I needed to replace a unit that was malfunctioning. It came packaged well. It has an attractive stainless exterior and easy to clean stainless interior. touch pad controls are easy to read. It heats well and the ' food is readychime' is not as annoying as our last unit.

I absolutely love my new microwave!!! Looks great & works fantastic!! I highly recommend it!!

It is one of the smallest 2.0 microwaves I could get for my kitchen space I love how quiet the system is when running sometimes makes you forget you are doing something with the microwave vent fans are great plenty of power when you are cooking on all burners

This microwave was pretty easy to install (just a few minor adjustments from our previous microwave). It's not as powerful as our last microwave, but we're getting used to that. It has several one-button sensors that we use quite often (baked potato, popcorn) that work very well.

So many helpful features on this microwave! Can reheat/cook two plates/bowls at the same time. Steam, melting, sensor cooking, & timer only features make my job after a long day at work easier! Read reviews before buying - one review said timer so soft. Was concerned as have moderate hearing loss. Timer has pleasant sound & can hear from the living room even when the TV is on. Has a keep warm feature. Does a great job defrosting frozen meat. Am very pleased we bought this microwave.

Great replacement. Quiet when cooks. Fan a quiet. Only negative is the outside light. There is only one in the rear center bottom. Previous Whirlpool had 2, one at each end which gave it better light distribution. Not a big deal, but a small step backword..

Quiet in operation of both fan and microwave, the door opens and better than most of the other units we contemplated, price was good for the quality. We find the tone for completion of cycle to be pleasant and the repeat at interval to remind that the cycle is complete useful.

The sensory feature works amazingly well. It looks great in our kitchen and now we can use the microwave to heat up or cook our food to perfection. No hard, overcooked spots; frozen sandwiches come out just right. Highly recommend this this microwave.

I can't believe how much counter space my old microwave took up! I love how much room this have given me. Unit is very easy to use.
