I've really enjoyed this product after over a year of use and would recommend it.

I was surprised how well it works compared to my 15 year old kenmore, It's a little bigger , but it fits. I really have no complaints after 2 months using it.

The microwave is loaded with features that work very well. It is very quiet compared to the last microwave I owned. The auto sensing works very well.

We selected this convection microwave for our Motorhome and were very pleased at the features and noise level. Very spacious inside, great interior shelf allows more room for convection baking. Looks great and works perfectly.

Replacing another Samsung product with defects. This microwave is well made, large size easy to clean inside, good choices for buttons to speed up processes such as melting or softening butter. Have always been happy with Whirlpool products.

old unit was also whirlpool 1100 watts this unit is1000 watts though there would be a difference as far cooking / time but it does just as good as old unit very happy with new unit.

Just a good microwave. Nothing bad about it and nothing spectacular.

Grabbed one of the last ones on close out and happy i did. Great value, huge inside, and great presets with sensor reheat. Not sure why it was clearanced but I'm not complaining!

My wife and I love our new Whirlpool microwave, we believe that we made a great purchase. It was easy to mount and has a great look in our kitchen together with our other stainless steel Whirlpool appliances.

When our previous microwave was acting up, we decided that it was a matter of safety to replace it. We did not have extra out-of-budget money to spend on a microwave so looked for something that would be reliable, yet inexpensive. We looked at Craigslist and Best Buy, principally. I was overjoyed to see this microwave as an open box model, so the price was very good. After installing it, we have been very happy with it except that heating food seems to take a little longer than our microwave in a previous house. I do not know the wattage in that one, but it was what our builder had put in (so it must have been bought as a bargain), so I was expecting this one to outperform. What it does not do in power, it makes up in features, though we have not used many of the settings yet. I look forward to seeing what else it can do!

We replaced a GE microwave with this Whirlpool model. It's much quieter and seems to cook faster. Not sure what other reviewers were complaining about the soft end-cycle beep, it is plenty loud enough. Great value for the money!

so far no issues. cooks food great. Price was right. Do not try to install the microwave yourself unless you have a helper with muscles and are a DIY type of person.

The lower light is located too far to the rear. Doesn't really hit on the stove (disadvantage) the cycle end buzzer sounds like a cell phone.

Works well, very quiet. Mounting hardware is weak, only two bolts through top cabinet. Light over range is too far back, doesn't light up stove top cooking surface.
