This unit is a closeout, but I hope the newer models mimic this one. No problems as yet- we are still testing. So far very good.

I bought this microwave for my mother. I wanted this model in black, but it was considerably more expensive. Shipping was fast and straight to her house. Front facing was dented upon arrival- but we installed it anyway. The alarm on the microwave plays a small musical tune that is pretty quite. It does not beep. The microwave has plenty of selections for foods and different settings. Before ordering I had seen in the reviews that the surface dented easily - and it does.

Bought this as a scratch and dent for an kitchen remodel in a rental, GREAT PRICE, looks great too.

This microwave is very quiet, sometimes I forget it's even on. It wasn't too bad to install either.

The microwave works just fine, I'm happy. There were just a couple problems though. First, we received the microwave and the power cord had been cut open exposing the copper. We tried to coordinate a replacement with Best Buy, but the microwave itself hadn't arrived in a box, it came in a combination of styrofoam and cellophane. We were eventually able to build a new box to ship it in after combining other, smaller boxes. We shipped it back, got a new one, and so worked out fine in the end. But kind of frustrating in the meantime. And second, this microwave burns paper hot cups filled with water really easily. I'm not sure if that means it's extra powerful or what, but 45 seconds into heating a cup of room temperature water and the whole kitchen smells like smoke. It didn't happen with our last microwave, but I'm not sure if this is how microwaves are supposed to behave in the first place. Anyway, it heats stuff up, but hasn't been the greatest experience overall.
