This is the easiest microwave I've every used. It matches our refrigerator and together these appliances are quite attractive. It is easy to keep this microwave clean and neat.

All hesitation that I had is gone. I positively love this microwave. It is super quiet. No more rattling and vibrating. Bacon comes out perfect everytime with the sensor cooking settings. No more cold spots when reheating a dinner plate. I can cook sweet potatoes or an acorn squash in 10 minutes where the traditional way easily took 5 to 6 times as long. Easy to learn - settings are menu driven. Perfect for a busy kitchen. I'm glad I purchased it and am wondering why I waited so long to replace the old one.

Bought this microwave to replace and older unit and couldn't be happier with the purchase! Very easy to use and the stainless looks great!

Overall I am very pleased with the unit. It was easy to install and I like the silver easy clean interior. Best Buy was the only retailer in our area that had a unit in stock which was great since my old one just died and other places had waits of up to two weeks. My only two issues are that the front upper panel is a little flimsy and the location of the light underneath. The light is too far back...it illuminates more of the wall and control panel of my stove vs the stove top. My old Whirlpool Gold model had two lights that were on the ends about mid way out and did an excellent job with illuminating the stove. On the plus side, the fan on this model is much quieter than the old unit it replaces.

The microwave is very attractive, door opening and closing is smooth, it's easy to use, the sensor makes sure it cooks properly and it is so quiet. I never realized how noisy microwaves are until i got this one! I love it!

We replaced our 10 yr old Whirlpool Gold over the range microwave with this new version. Love it even more than my old one. The inside is a rough silver coating that is very easy to keep clean. The only thing is the turntable sits up above the floor of the microwave, but I haven't had any issues with things fitting. Very powerful.

Looks beautiful and performs well. Excited to finally have an over the range microwave, and this one is exceptional.

Best microwave I have ever owned. The WhirlPool sensor microwave oven makes it easy with whatever you might be preparing. Reason being, it takes a lot of the guess work out of cooking. Know how many potatoes, ears of corn and then how much cooking time? The stainless finish outside and easy clean inside makes it easy to keep looking it new. Very happy with my choose.

We got this OTR microwave in the White Ice finish. It's very nice looking, and goes with the matching range nicely. Oddly, the microwave has a AM/PM option on the clock, but the range does not. The microwave comes with a wire rack that sits in pre-mounted brackets about halfway up the opening. This allows for bi-level heating. However, there isn't much room on the first level after the rack goes in, so we don't keep the rack in our microwave. You can heat two dinner plates full of food at once, but nothing of any bulk, unfortunately, when the rack is in place. It works as advertised, and looks nice to boot.

easy to use, easy to clean this is one reason I choose stainless over color, last one was white and hard to keep clean on out side. older one was very noise. the whirlpool is a lot simpler to use and clean compared to the Samsung I replaced . A lot less expensiveness to. again the sales person was very courteous and knowledgeable on the items Item I purchased.

I searched for a new microwave for about a year. I had already purchased a cheap model and knew that a quiet microwave in my house setup was very important. Many other brands had quiet models, but people complained of the loud beeper. This one is great. The door opens and shuts very easy w/out a loud bang. The buttons are easy to push, and the coating on the inside of the microwave make it very easy to clean out! Install was straight forward. About the same as any other. Its easy to see through the glass while things are heating up, giving a good visual reference to the "done-ness" of my food. I would reccommend to anyone that cares about hearing the TV during dinner time.

This microwave is larger than I expected, (or need really), but is super quiet and has great options, such as one to soften or melt butter, specific settings for reheating, etc. I can't think of anything more I would want in a microwave. Definitely recommend!

This is a great microwave. As others have noted, the chime is too quiet when cooking is finished and you can't customize the volume. There are several things than can be customized through the menu, but not the volume of the chime. The interior coating makes cleaning easy. The hood fan is loud for the amount of air it moves. When cooking on the range with the fan on any speed but low, which doesn't move any air, you can't hear anyone talking to you. It may be because I'm 6'2" so I'm closer to the vent exit. I like that it vents up, my old one vented out he front. These are minor complaints when compared with the looks and features of this model. It's huge inside, looks great, and cooks great. I've had it about 2 months now and I'm happy with it.

This microwave looks great, is very quiet and heats more quickly than most microwaves.

Made this purchase without doing as much research as I normally do when replacing an appliance but I have thus far been very pleased with my purchase. Installation was relatively easy and only required 2 people when bolting it into the cabinet above. Looks great and appears to be doing a fine job. The controls must be relatively intuitive as I have not had to pull out the manual since installation. While I miss the 1 minute cook button from my former microwave, the ability to cook at the prior power setting (i.e. 30%), even after the initial time has expired and the door has been opened, just by pressing zero and entering the time more than makes up for it. The reheat plate feature likely works fine but having not had an easy to clean model before, we still use a plastic plate cover which seems to interfere with the sensor. My whole family likes the more quiet and non-annoying alert and have not had a hard time hearing it as some other reviews have mentioned. Overall, a good microwave.
