Overall we really like the size and build quality of this unit. Also, the door design allows it to fit up next to a tight spot or cabinet. The hinge swings flush mounted so it doesn't get in the way.

I've had to buy several microwaves in the past 10 years and this is the best one yet. I love how quiet it is, the end alarm has a nice alarm too. Having the option to change the alarm is a nice added feature. It's easy to clean and very modern looking.

I bought this microwave as a replacement for my existing over the stove microwave/hood combo. Since I was selling my house, I didn't want to put in something premium or too costly. I found this guy in the scratch and dent aisle for $189 (the dent was hardly visible and on the side of the microwave which wouldn't be visible anyway). I used it for 6 weeks before finally moving out. I was pretty impressed with it and it looked great. No complaints here. I would buy this again for the full price.

This microwave is huge! It was very difficult to install ( We thought we could do it ourselves and save money)The previous microwave which was installed by a professional had screws inserted into the sides of the actual microwave! (not best buy) The directions and template were difficult to follow. I would probably suggest paying for installation.

I researched several microwaves when my LG died after 8 years. I am so glad that I decided on this one. I love how it looks above my stove. My husband liked this one because the door closed quieter. The smart heating technology is great and works well. I have used the reheat feature and the smart cook and have been very happy with both. The only thing I am disappointed with is the sound of the fan. All 4 levels are about the same noise volume. But the microwave itself, is very quiet when it runs. I also like the charm sound when it is finished. It is a different sound then any other microwave I have had. The stove light gives plenty of light. The inside of the microwave is spacious and cleans up easily.

The microwave does as required - cooks food, reheats food and all the usual stuff that microwaves are supposed to do. Installation was relatively easy even with one person. However, those who have trouble following instructions may find it difficult. That's one person's opinion.

Replaced older model of microwave, had white and was updating kitchen. Product is great, larger interior, better heating and much more quiet than older model. Definitely would purchase again.

I bought this microwave to replace one that all of a sudden quit working. This microwave is the best. It is very big inside and has so many preset buttons to choose from. Glad I chose this one.

This microwave is exactly what I was looking for. It fits and looks good in my kitchen. My refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven are all whirlpool and they did a really good job making them match. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

We have had three microwaves over the last 15 years and this is BY FAR my favorite! It has so many options - I am still learning all the buttons. It heats evenly every time. We bought four appliances at the same time and this is easily my favorite. I definitely recommend! SOLID choice!

We previously had a Whirlpool Gold 1.8 cu ft microwave that died after 4+ years, but I wanted to match the rest of our appliances so I went with Whirlpool again. We opted for the 2.0 cu ft model even thought we didn't need the extra options, but still the price was very reasonable. For a larger model, it was noticeably quieter than our old model. The stainless handle is a nice addition as our old microwave had a plastic one that was worn out by year 2. The bracket and the top hole cut outs were completely different so installation was a bit more difficult, but overall not bad.

For the price, no other models could compare. It was a bonus that it matched our other appliances. I absolutely love this microwave. So far my favorite one I've owned so far.

This microwave is the best on the market. It showed when there were none in stock anywhere near me in any BB stores. I lucked out and got mine due to an online ordering discrepancy. This was easy to install with simple power tools. It heats food evenly and is very quiet. The chime to signal the end of the cooking cycle isn't very loud, but it doesn't bother me much. The exhaust fan could also be a little stronger, but it does its job since we have a secondary built-in exhaust fan in the ceiling anyways. Pretty happy with this one so far.

This microwave is a great replacement for my old Whirlpool 1.7 Cu ft one. It fit onto the same hardware in my kitchen so it was a breeze to install. When it's running it is really quiet. Using the exhaust fan does make a lot of noise but it's nice to have 4 speed settings.

I love this microwave! I have been experimenting with the sensor options. Everything is self explanatory and makes cooking easier. I also like how solid and quiet it is

Went ti Best Buys to get a new microwave, ours died, they are allway so helpful. The associate that was helping me pointed this one out, as it was marked down as it had a small dent, it was just what I wanted, stainless steel, plus the different interior, easier cleaning. It has been a dream to use very easy just love it. Also,I can turn the turn table on or off depending on the size dish I am microwaving, great feature.

The microwave is very quiet and you can barely tell that it is running which is great. The fan on the other hand is even louder than my old microwave, but not that big of a deal I guess unless you use it all the time

Does everything I needed and more. Easy to use the built in programs. The only negative item is the extractor fan noise. Cannot use it above the lowest speed, as the noise is really loud. Mine is not setup to extract to the outside, so may be quieter if it was.

The product was what we expected and the price was great. For what I expected to spend on a refrigerator I was able to buy everything (frig, dishwasher, range, and microwave. The delivery guys we efficient. We are pleased with the product.
