Replaced my 9 month old Samsung that died and Samsung did not want to honor my warranty because they say the unit was built earlier and it is past the warranty for the unit.. Im done with samsung microwaves.

Love my new applicance. It looks nice and is big and easy to use. My boys use it and it is easy to use for them as well. It cleans easily.

Fan is very loud! I don't like the way the exhaust vents out. There is no space for the fan to properly vent and I believe this wil shorten the life of the microwave!

I love that this micro has the options to reheat, softer and defrost as efficiently and effectively as it does. Like the unique shape of the inside too. Very happy with this purchase

This is the second Whirlpool microwave I have owned. The first one had the heating element go bad. Hope this one lasts longer. So far I am happy with al the features this one has.

Replaced a GE. Whirlpool is missing some of the creature comforts that GE had. ( one button quick cook ) for the price it will do.

It matches the new stove. The interior is a clean steel look. The finish cooking sound is not as annoying as the old microwave.

First time I installed an over the range microwave. This had great instructions which tells you beginning to end what to do and where to mark. The microwave is very easy to use and comes with many options. the stainless steel look is amazing in my kitchen and it is extremely quiet while running. My first Whirlpool appliances and I love them!

I purchased my microwave along with my other Whirlpool appliances, I really love the stainless-steel look. It cooks pretty good and it also has a nice capacity for when you are heating up a dinner plate or a large bowl. The steamer feature is great for vegetables they cook up perfect every time. This really was a great purchase for me and the price was pretty good also.

easy to install and it runs super quiet compared to my counter microwave

It has everything we wanted. We have had this model in the home we just sold. We wouldn't have any other.

I love this microwave!! It does a lot of cool things but it's easy to you!! For example if you want to melt butter, you select melt butter and then you put in how many ounces. Same for cream cheese, if you want to soften cream cheese, you select it and how many ounces. It's fanatastic!!

Should have listened to other sites reviews...control panel was adhered crooked and the door would not stay closed...flat tabs were damaged in shipping...purposely picked in store to ensure no visual damage had occurred, but only saw the final damage once I took the wrapper off holding the door - AFTER HAVING IT INSTALLED!!! I called the store and told them my problem - they were fully aware of the issues with the Whirlpools - and he wanted me to BUY another one and then return mine...I told him to order another and have it shipped to the store...he said NO!!! I ripped it off my wall and drove to the store and returned it...I figured two in a row couldn't be bad...and the second one is fine - my only issue there was that it had to be delivered from a store 50 miles away...and it took 15 days...and they never told me it was back ordered (even though there were 9 in stock the day I ordered it - and could have driven there to get it myself)

Many functions and is attractive. Very strong and buttons easy to understand.

First of all, I had no idea what I was doing when I bought it. I looked at the picture and it looks black in the interior.. No, it's a light gray. Kind of deceiving. It's a large microwave. I should have got 15" deep not this one. This one sticks out. 30" is standard, but it was a little too big for the space, but once it was installed, it's done. It would have cost me an additional $125 for an uninstall and another $125 for another one to get installed.
