Great over the range microwave.

So far, so good. The microwave heats well & evenly

The handle is metal versus plastic and I hope that it will last longer then the KitchenAid. Installation went well, but it would be nice if the microwaves all used the same mounting system and holes (KitchenAid is made by Whirlpool). We really liked that Best Buy recycled our old microwave.

Good Choice for a Microwave

We had a GE Space Saver that we liked a lot, but it quit working the day before Thanksgiving after only 4 years. I looked at getting another one, but then changed my mind as the Whirlpool had better reviews for how long they last.

The only downside is that the alarm when the timer goes off or when food is done cooking is so quiet you can barely hear it. Other than that it is great!

There are no rulers in "sixth's of an inch" Also the keypad is very hard to read.. My other Whirlpool microwave is far better and was less expensive.
