I replaced a Kitchen-aid with this one and I looks great and works great just missing some features. The finished beep is not as loud and can't use timer at same time as cooking something but it does work very well

After much research we found this to be the best microwave for the money. Has all the features except one touch timing but all seem to lack it now, and an easy clean interior that"s very roomy. We got ours in white to match our other stuff and it looks complete now.

Looks great with my other Whirlpool appliances! I love the new alert chimes when you food is ready!

I am really impressed with the quality of Whirlpool. The installation instructions for this microwave are great. They provide step by step visual and textual directions. After installation it has been a pleasure to use.

although measurements were accurate, the micro did not fit. had to cut tile and the brace for the wall was flimsy. had to use the old one from my old microwave and retrofit it.

My GE from a previous house cooked much faster. Also this microwave turns on the fan when running so there is added noise. Installed easily. Inexpensive.

I ordered this online and it arrived badly dented in corner. Didn't notice until contractors here to install. Had to find store to return/exchange but Best Buy was excellent about it. Did a lot of research before deciding on this model. So far, so good...

Unit was not in store. Had to order, delivered to store. Picked up myself. Had out-of-state company coming so I had to install immediately. When company arrived, we had to install for use. When it was unpacked we noticed it was damaged, but didn't have time to re-order, so I had to use it. Yesterday the store told me I would have to bring it back in. As I am a widow, I will have to find someone to uninstall it and take it back to store. Store was unwilling to do it for me. Other than that I am satisfied with, but I need it replaced for safety reasons.

Redoing my kitchen and wanted all my appliances to match. So choose whirlpool based on reviews and previous appliances. I love the look. I just wish I had express cook feature.

Bought a higher end out of box but returned Best Buy very gracious about the return. This Whirlpool looks nice and works excellent.

The unit works great. I especially like the fan. I have it hooked up to vent outside and with 3 speeds on the fan everything gets sucked up and out. Lots of options for cooking different foods.

After less than a year, it failed. Fortunately, it's still under the manufacturer's warranty, but I'm not sure I'll buy a Whirlpool product again. If you do want to buy this, make sure you get an extended warranty.

We've had this microwave for about a month. It's a wonderful upgrade from our countertop model. It looks great, and cooks fast. The over-the-range fan is very strong too.

This is my first above the range microwave and I just love it. My only concern was the shelf. As soon as I read about possible arcing, I took it out. Don't really need it any way.

Very happy with this purchase. We bought our first home and had to buy appliances, We are really happy we went with this one! It cooks great, and evenly, and really is built well.

Great all around microwave well built and great fan for over the stove venting. The Interior is coated for easy clean up a and it has a rack for cooking. Controls are easy and self explaining.

Microwave is dented in at the cornet works fine. I should return it but I don't have that kind of time to spend 4 hours running this appliance all over eating my time gas money or life.

I like the style and efficiency but had to replace and contact part that reads if door is closed or not to allow the unit to run!

Very satisfied with this purchase. The wire rack inside burns the side of the microwave occassionally. Not sure why but I just took it out as its not needed.

We bought this because we had the matching stove. Our last microwave broke and best buy had this one in Stock. Not that difficult to install.
